Heather is an amazing realtor who helped us find our first home. She always gave us pros and cons of every house we liked so we could make our own decisions.
She is so patient and communicative, but what we loved is that she is very honest. We would recommend her to anyone who wants to find the perfect house because she is the perfect realtor.

Heather was a pleasure to work with and helped us to purchase a piece of investment property in Sacramento. She worked very diligently to find us many options that met our criteria. Heather was instrumental in getting the owner to accept our offer. There were many hurdles to overcome, and Heather was able to easily clear them all during the purchase process. Heather was always professional and knowledgeable about the process while keeping us well informed about the status of the transaction. She was very organized and helped keep the purchase process on track. She went above and beyond to ensure the transaction was completed successfully. It wasn't the easiest transaction, but she maintained the course and we were even able to close on the property early.

Heather sold my husband our first house when he moved to Sacramento 2 years ago. Because of the amazing work she had done for our first home, we wanted to work with her again for our second. Heather is always on top of everything, very professional, and provides valuable advice. She explains every step and always keeps us updated. I enjoyed working with her and can't thank her enough for all that she's done!

Heather was very helpful in walking us through the process step by step in a way we could easily understand. She was generous with her time and was readily available to answer all of our calls and questions (at all times of the day!) Heather went above and beyond to help get our house ready to go to market, including hiring a great photographer and getting the word out on all her social media channels.

Heather is incredible. She made the process low stress. She is super organized and an excellent communicator. She puts in the work! You can tell she's in the business to help people and not just push a deal - any deal - through.

My favorite thing about her style is that she'll make recommendations on how to approach things with the seller/listing agent but will ultimately defer to you on how to handle. She's direct - absolutely no BS.

Heather is the most thoughtful, thorough and caring agent you could ask for. Her focus is finding you the right home not just a house & so she really listens to your wants, needs and often non-verbal cues to help you find that home. She's a champion on your behalf through all facets of the process, is very communicative and goes above and beyond to help you be as comfortable as possible during what is a pretty stressful endeavor in general. I couldn't recommend her enough and if we or anyone we know ever has a real estate need in the future, she will be the person we call and recommend.

Moving into an unknown region is stressful enough but buying your first home with ZERO knowledge of the home buying process was even more nerve wrecking . But Heather was an AMAZING realtor!
