Somehow I found Dr. Slattery first before I had to search anywhere else. (Referrals from great friends helped!)

She's calm, she's assertive, she's reassuring, she's open to what parents want to do for baby (!) - a true team effort feel, she listens intently, she provides advice and guidance thoughtfully, she is so graceful and warm to baby. We are ecstatic we found her.

Front desk staff is awful and rude. My doctor is amazing and I love her. But the supporting staff really lacks care, compassion, patience, and kindness. They are very quick to not help you. They act as if doing their job is an extreme inconvenience to them. Wish I could go somewhere else but my doctor is great.

Staff is great... but the building isn't kept up and the seating has stains from who knows what. When I walk into a Dr Office I need to see that it's clean.

I got stung by a bee, and immediate I start feeling the bumps coming up all over my body. I tried to find the near by urgent care that I could, since I have never learned that I am allergic to bee wax. Since that's my first time having a severe allergy reaction, I didn't not know how bad it would get. Called the phone number and explained to the staff that I got stung by a bee and now having bad allergic reaction. The staff told me "I don't know what you are trying to say ? " so I told her can I go in right now and get checked. And she said I can go there but they might not be able to see me.

What kind of urgent care is this ? I will not recommend this place ! AT All.

Honestly would rate this location a zero if possible. Front desk employees are rude and unprofessional!

I went in for a simple covered test but without my request or knowledge they ran multiple other tests that were not covered by insurance. Honestly the worst experience I've had. Drive further!!!

The entire personnel is rude. They don't make any effort to provide a good service, don't look at you when you get at front desk and others. The doctors and nurses are a little better, but treat you as you are just a number and ready for the next. The rudeness extended to when you called them. My last call, I was speaking and the person on the other side (who did not bother to say her name) interrupted me and ended the call without giving a chance to complete my sentence. I expressed my dissatisfaction telling her that she was rude, what I don't think they care about. It is disheartening that a health care facility treats people this way.

IF I COULD GOVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! I hope you're okay with your he doctors and PA breaking every form of HIPPaA. Sat in my waiting rooms it t he door open and heard the "doctor" and "pa" talking about how much I was a drug seeker. And I haven't had pain medicine I years. Even though my urine was straight blood and I wa sin so much pain I was crying. The PA than told me to go to ST. Luke's,who is not in my network. I told her this and she said we just suck it up. She wouldn't even give me any alternatives. She then proceeded to tell the doctor my tears we alligator tears and I was just faking. Also that all my drug allergies were fake and I was just being a Whitney teenager.

What a pathetic excuse for health care providers. DO NOT (and I repeat)DO NOT GO THERE. I WILLBE REPORTING THEM ABOUT THE HIPPA violation and I hope they never practice medicine ever again!

I visited the urgent care over the weekend and the staff was rude. I had question and they seemed very bothered that I was asking my questions. I asked about a Covid test and they were kind of stand offish due to me testing positive last month and they kept saying if they tested me it's still going to come back positive and they would have to order me to quarantine but it wasn't guaranteed. I still requested to be tested and one staff member just got so agitated because they wanted to me to buy into the opinion that i would still be positive. Another staff members said that i had not been seen there since 2014 so it was going to be a longer process for me to be helped, it just seem honestly that they didn't want to help me and that i was more of a burden to their day. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want grumpy customer service.

I have been going here for years, however it's because myself and my kids don't get sick very often, so we don't come but once a year or less. Every single time I make an appt, I end up waiting 45 mins to an hour! This time I've had enough. It's Covid season, so if you know the dr is running late, let me sit in my own car until they are ready. No need for me to wait in lobby with other sick people.

I am only here to get a refill of meds, which in itself is ridiculous. Just call in another few months for me until Covid is more sparse. Anyway, today I waited for 45 mins, paid a $30 co-pay and the NP saw me for 5 minutes total. Nerve racking! I am a healthy person and not much to talk about short of refilling my damn med. What a waste of my sick time used at work for what should have been a 15 min visit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNHELPFUL, DISRESPECTFUL healthcare practice I have been to. I go with my loved one to their appointments because it never fails that a nurse or doctor wants to give my loved one the run around; not take their concerns seriously, belittles them, speaks condescendingly to them, and not willing to run any tests outside of the "norm" to actually find out what's wrong with my loved one.

To you start off the appointment, the nurse was so loud outside of the door talking in the doctors area, sharing my loved ones personal medical information that we could hear her through the door. The way she spoke about my loved one was very unprofessional and condescending. She was also this way during the appointment while my loved ones vitals and concerns were being recorded. During the appointment the doctor was helpful and wrote us a prescription for a piece of medical equipment that is covered under our insurance. When we went to fill the prescription it was not covered so we had to work with our insurance.

After spending a full day working with insurance companies to get it covered, the insurance company was more willing and helpful to get this done for us, than the rude nursing staff at this practice. Our insurance company told us to tell whoever filled out our pre-authorization paperwork to put a VERY SPECIFIC code/info on the form. When we called to relay this information as directed, the rude nurse told us "I know how to do my job. Don't tell me how to do it." Of course, she filled it out incorrectly, so when she called us this morning and told us it was denied we had to call the insurance company again. The insurance company told us THEY FILLED OUT THE PAPER WRONG.

We then called to speak to an office manager, because the nurse clearly won't do what we asked her to per the insurance company. The office manager who instead of walking back to the nurse and telling her to fill out the form correctly and re-submit, had the nurse call us back and tell us "I told you this morning it was denied." The nurse/office manager proceeded to try and get my loved one a different medical device instead of just filling out the pre-authorization form for the one we already purchased and had spoken to the health insurance company about. The office manager did not want to listen to how this event came to be what it was, did not care about how their staff made us feel, and clearly doesn't care that she has staff who cannot follow directions as given; a basic job skill needed in the workforce, and is incompetent at her job. It's absolutely appalling and disgusting.

So now we will be finding a new practice, though maybe that's what they want because they can't seem to figure out how to help my loved one due to apparently lack of resources or care, and my loved one probably puts a "ding" on their record since they have to refer us to a specialist and can't just write us a drug and shuffle us out the door and collect their money from big pharma for writing the script. When will doctors offices understand they are hired to work for people? This is why people are moving away from allopathic care and trying to find medical professionals and staff who genuinely want to cure patients, and not just make money off of a perpetually ill individual. Get a clue Heartland.
