I have been going to Kelly since early 2000. The last time I went for a straight perm & treatment was 2015 because we moved farther from LA and then Covid happened. Today, I am reunited with her & is the best thing I've done during my vacation. She stilll has my number on her phone & my records of treatment in her index cards! So happy I reconnected with her coz she definitely did a wonderful job restoring & reviving my damaged & neglected hair. I got a scolding from her (classic Kelly!) but she promised to take care of my hair from now on. Just grateful to have received the same great service from herThank you Kelly & may God continue to bless you & your business! See you next month for my coloring

I've been eyeing this place for awhile. I love Korean hair style and skin care, Kelly's prices are less than the beauty Salon's in K town. She suggested Keratin hair treatment for my dry hair and color. My hair came out fabulous! I will take pics the next time I'm there.

First time here and she is the best. I showed her the color of the hair I want and she did it really well. She is amazing, friendly, and professional. She goes beyond my expectation. Found my hairstylist! Thank you ~~

Looking for a great haircut or hairstyle, then look no further. Lucy is amazing! I get my blow outs with Lucy all the time and it lasts for days. She also recently did my viloet ombre. I get so many complements about her work. And lastly she does great makeup. Attaching the latest picture of Lucy's work...blow out with soft curls and makeup!

Okay I feel bad about writing this review because I like Kelly, but she really did not follow directions this last time and I had to go back to another salon to get it fixed. Kelly is good at cutting hair, but unfortunately I can't say the same for color. I specifically asked her for an ombré look, took pics and told her not to make the top of my head light not to highlight the top. She seemed to understand, but you have to know English is definitely an issue for her. It's very hard to get her to understand. She nodded as if she understood what I wanted when she saw the pic and I ended up with blotchy highlights that look orange in the sun. Now I'm obligated to go to a high end salon to get this fixed.
Also, the way she washes hair! Omg it's almost as is she's trying to rip your scalp. So rough!! And I have a high tolerance for pain. It's sad because I really did like how she cut my hair and she charged $55 which wasn't cheap but it wasn't ridiculously high like most places either. I won't ever go back to this place because
1. She doesn't speak or understand Basic English
2. She does not know what an ombré/ balyage is and ended up giving me orange highlights with dark ends.
3. She doesn't know what a gentle hair massage/ wash is. She will make you cry

I've been going here for 13 years. You have to know her in order to get a good haircut. She doesn't speak English well so it's hard to explain what you want. If it's your first time bring a picture of what you want and she will do exactly what she sees

Only place I go for eyebrow/lip waxing!! Kelly has done mine the most, but I've had a couple of other ladies do them here and they all do such an amazing job. Most places just wax off the hair and you're on your way, but here they pay extra attention to your eyebrows! They sculpt them after waxing by combing and trimming any longer hairs. Very reasonable, too! I now live further away from here than I used to, but I still only go here.

I went in for a trim and ended up getting a cute bob. I loved it .. it was the first time I had been there and will definetly go back. I took my neice in for a trim (and had 1 inch cut of her hair ) which is what she asked for . Price is reasonable and cut was satisfying . Thank you Kelly .

Been coming here over 10 years off and on. Always pleased with the results. Some of the other reviews say she is rough but I think it's more to stimulate the scalp. Reminds me of when my mom used to wash my hair as a kid. That's what she used to say. This is not a kiss your ass salon, that's why hair wash, color, highlights blow dry and straight iron is 155$ not 300$ like other places I've been. Her hair color products do not burn my scalp. She uses good products and she is not skimpy with them. She knows how to pick good color for ones complexion. She did permanent straightening on my daughter and it looked great. She also takes precautions if you have dry, baby fine hair like mine. My hair seems healthier since I've been coming to her. I get keratin treatments there also. Makes my hair smooth and pretty. She takes walk ins, I've never made an appointment, I'm a bad customer. I've seen men getting their hair done there too. Anyway, can't say enough good things about this salon.

It is my first time here and i love it! Kelly ( the owner) is very niceand gave me a beautiful haircut! Got compliments left & right! Paid $45 for shampoo & cut, but thats not all, she even showed me how i should style my hair, she blew dry it straight at first & after i see the look she curled it! After 13 years here in los angeles i think i finally found my hair stylist!
