Does anyone know if they're still open? Today is the second Friday in a row that no one is answering the phone. I went by last Friday in hopes that they weren't answering because they were busy but place was closed up tight and no explanation.

Can't get enough of that combo plate. Food is always on point and hits the spot every time! Service is great and staff always friendly. This is our new stop when we go through Augusta.

The server Delaney was awesome and friendly. Got the Musubi and BBQ mix plate (Terri chicken and Beef.) Everything was completely on point, including the sauce. Will definitely be back!!!

Absolutely amazing! Every thing I tried here was outstanding, my favorite thing was the musubi, as well as the cucumber kimchi recommended by our lovely server Julie :) I can tell I'm gonna be back here again and again :)

It's a strip mall place next to a Kroger, but step into a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Two sides o the menu - Hawaiian and Filipino. Two ways to make your tummy happy.
We started with the spring rolls. Long and hot from the frying. Perfect.
My brother ordered the short ribs which were liked candied pieces of deliciousness.
I had the Hawaiian pork and mom had the garlic shrimp. Soooo much garlic. The shrimp weren't my favorite. But the Pork BBQ was tender, moist, and really good.
Sides were all tasty: the Cabbage kimchi, the sweet potato fries, and the Must-Have steamed cabbage.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 12624190Jan 19, 2024
Fast-Casual
Lots of food! Good service! Pleasant atmosphere.
It is a nice quick-service place, great place to get out with the family or catch up with friends in a different environment.
Lots of food for the two-meat option, to include a salad. The food is hot and tasty and they have several sauces on the table including a teriyaki sauce. Half of their menu is hawaiian bbq and the other half is filipino (the hawaiian food culture is heavily filipino influenced).
Great fast casual spot. My friend and I enjoyed it!Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Nannette P.Marietta, GA6521018Nov 20, 2023
Food: I ordered the pancit bihon. It was salty, soupy & tasteless. This is the worst Filipino food I've ever had. My husband had the short rib bowl. The short rib must be sitting out coz it tasted like he was chewing the sole of his shoes.
Service: The girls were attentive. It's not their fault the food sucks.
Ambiance: So so.....
It's really shocking to go to a sit down restaurant where all they use are disposables. This restaurant is not cheap
Not coming back here.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Maria L.Augusta, GA2161Apr 19, 2024
I used to live in Hawai'i... the garlic shrimp here was NOTHING like the shrimp trucks in Hawai'i. They were slathered with an unruly amount of jarred garlic and just didn't have the same flavor profile as those in Hawaii. The Mac salad was ono (good) and closer tasting to that from Hawai'i. Pork rinds were too tough and the pork belly appetizer was dry and overcooked.
Service was great though and the ambiance was nice. Will have to go back and give some of the other dishes a try and update my review if other items taste more like L&L bbq or other places in Hawai'i.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Stephanie M.Orem, UT05821Apr 13, 2024
Awesome place! The decor is so cute and the staff are always so friendly. We've loved everything we have tried-but the garlic chicken is so good! Love all the sauce options too! We plan to keep coming back

The owners have recreated the magic from their Gordon Highway location. The design of this location is very modern and there's a bar. I had the two meat combo with Kalua pork and BBQ chicken. With three sides you will definitely have leftovers. To use a Hawaiian phrase this food "broke da mouth".

Usually, if you're near a military base you will find one. Poke has become a "trendy" food, but a lot of the newer chains do a disservice to what good poke is. If you ever visit Hawaii you will understand what I'm saying. Hawaiian Style BBQ has great poke, loco moco, bbq chicken and other island favorites served with aloha.

Ordered takeout, had a Hawaiian beer, while I waited on short ribs and garlic chicken. Also grabbed some aloha punch.Nice cozy atmosphere while I waited and food was delicious when I got home.

Came again and I was happily surprised that they expanded their menu to include Filipino food as well as the chicharrones they give you at the beginning of the meal. Everything was delicious (special shout out to the short ribs and the perfectly crispy sweet potato fries). Portion sizes were great too. Good service and convenient location. Highly recommend as this is also one of the only few Hawaiian restaurants in all of Georgia.

I love the decorations and the atmosphere inside this restaurant which really makes me feel like I'm back in Hawaii. The service here is also amazing and our server was so nice to explain all the options and refill our waters multiple times.
As for the food, I highly recommend the ribs. They are so flavorful and goes very well with a side of rice or the Mac and cheese. I'm also a huge fan of the sauces they have on the table including the spicy one and the darker sauce too. I tried their chicken as well but I prefer their ribs and Kalua pork. The pork is popular so make sure to come a little earlier if you want to try it.
The meals are a little pricey to me, but honestly it's ok because this food is just as good as the ones I had in hawaii, maybe even better. I would love to try the garlic shrimp and their poke next time I come. I feel very lucky that we have such a great authentic Hawaiian place in town.
