Have been coming to get their services for 8years and absolutely love them. Atmosphere is great, service is wonderful and they truly go above and beyond to make sure you are pleased.

Love this place, the owner did an amazing job designing my nails just the way I asked! Very happy with my experience here. They are very thorough and take their time. They book up fast, so it's important to call ahead for an appt.

I went as a walk in and waited about half an hour for someone to become available. They were very busy and seemed to be overbooked as well, from what I overheard. The atmosphere was nice and you could tell that the employees had established relationships with their clients. This made me want to continue to come back here. I received a pedicure and had an excellent experience. The massage was amazing! The only issue I had was that my gel was still wet. Later in the evening I saw that some of the polish was dull and textured. This is disappointing because I don't have time to return and get it fixed. When you're paying $40 plus tip, you expect it to be done right.

I think I will return here but will during a less busy time.

What a dishonor to Hawaii this place was terrible. I walked not busy at all I had gel on my toes and instead of soaking off they proceeded to start file my nails with a drill. He repeatedly burned me, I asked why not soak off and he said that it took too long. Then someone stepped in to help and here he comes with the drill again. I just said it was ok and left. Idk if this is an El Paso thing but people in Hawaii take pride in their work and services and they soak off gel polish. I will never ever go there again. Then they all proceed to talk in their language, mind you, I was not rude at all. The owner tells me to leave, I was already leaving. I don't even think they deserve one star.

I wish I could say my experience was a positive one, but as is obvious by the star rating, it's clear it wasn't. I don't like to complain, I just don't go back. But maybe this will save you the frustration I experienced. How would you rate this experience?
* The male nail tech did such a sloppy job on the refill and polish, that Mary had to do it all over again. (She did a great job)
My natural nail covered the underside of the acrylic nail nicely and there was no lifting. He took the sanding tool and sanded off my natural nail which 2 days later caused lifting and 1 nail fell off.
I started noticing more lifting and 6 days later I had to have all my nails removed. ($42.00 paid in vain)
I had my nails for about a year. So this was as a result of the sanding of the underside of my natural nail.
* The same day I had my work done, another lady, I don't know, was next with the same male tech. I told her he did a very bad job. Guess what?
She returned the same day due to poor work and had to get the work redone.
* in all fairness, Rosie and Mary do good work.
At the end I wasn't charged to get my nails removed, but I wasn't offered any compensation either.

Is Danny, he is an older Vietnamese man with peppered hair. I have never been given such wonderful attention, he massaged my calves and feet for sooo long ! It was an awesome attentive experience with great conversations. I will be coming back to this salon for now on. I am new to El Paso and am very impressed with their customer service skills, they were all so lovely ! 10/10 would recommend! Amazing affordable pricing as well !

Walked in at 300 and they turned away business. Business must be so good they don't take walk ins. Don't waste your time walked in and rather dirty establishment.

The lady was very nice and she did a great job with what i asked for but the price was a little to much for a 2 inch nails i paid 45.... i don't mind the price since she did a good job definitely coming back

Writing a review as there is a lack of recent reviews. Make sure you make an appointment as they were totally booked they were no longer taking walk-ins. That being said they did a great job with all three of our nails. We did mani -pedis and they were very thorough. Kept ensuring that the shape was correct, that we liked the color, and that it wasn't hurting. Final point is the prices are very reasonable, 2 of us got gel, 1 got acrylics and it's better priced than anywhere we've been in El Paso.

Best nail place in El Paso hands down. So amazing and welcoming. Make sure to make an appointment because they are always busy.
