Great people and great company! Highly experienced operators and riggers, great rates and very accommodating to short notice needs.

Was given Hatton cranes number from our hot tub vendor Creative Energy to deliver on crane given tricky slope and width available for job. I called Mario several times. The first time he pretty much told me it would be impossible to do given permitting and street issues. I waited a few months given this then called again thinking I might be able to speak with someone different but no I was told to talk to Mario. This time he quoted me $4,000 for the job with no hesitation or questions asked.

Mind you, TWO other crane operators both quoted me $800 so clearly they did not care of want my business. He was likely trying to discourage me from going with them.

If you want to pay 5 times what other crane companies charge, these are your people. Clearly, I rate them low on terrible customer service and even worse pricing. Don't waste your time!

Here it is Friday at noon with a lift scheduled for Saturday at 10am with an easy 1 ac unit on 1 off 20' up 20' in 300# and I get a call that the 800.00 quote was now enough and they need 200.00 more. Just on the basis of ethics I cancelled. In my 30 plus years in the HVAC business no matter how busy I DO NOT treat people this way.
Additionally the job site is less than a mile away from their Hayward facility.

Mario will make it happen and take care of you, even with these crazy conditions with (SIP) last second booking for some essential work for this morning. All around great staff members and awesome drivers. Gary was our driver today, and he was excellent and helped us through today's project! Always a pleasure working with you guys! Thank you for the Essential service.

This team was great. From the front office people - Jodi, to the actual crane operator and helpers (Rob rocks). They were all very professional. priced right, were on time, flexible in scheduling, when they were here - totally professional. It was their confidence which helped me through. Can't say enough good things about them. Did a great job.

Love dealing with these guys! The two gentleman I have dealt with in the past are Ryan and Ted. They are both professionals, and this is a Class A operation! HVAC or rigging needs are made easy by these guys.
