I am thoroughly satisfied with the service and customer service of this company. There was an issue with the scheduling on our visit, the owner came back and corrected everything. The facial I got for my girl was great, she loved it. Im sure we'll be back again soon, next time Im going to try one of their services.

Oh my goodness! This place is so nice. I went to Ashley and she did a great job. She gave my exactly what I asked for. I am blown away how great this place was. Every single person working was so friendly. I had to bring my baby with me and they were so nice to him. Ashley took her time and really listened to what I was asking for. My hair was so damaged and she really made it feel like completely different hair. I don't have a Facebook so it was hard to find someone to do what I wanted. I am so glad I found her and I would recommend her to anyone! I am too embarrassed to show my before picture because my hair was so terrible! I mean it was so Damaged. I can't wait to go back and she nailed the exact color I wanted and my cut!

Nikki Lowery is a hair genius! She is extremely gifted in both coloring and cutting, but if you have CURLS, she is the only person you should see! I've been seeing Nikki for years and she has taken me from waist long frizz to my most recent page boy. Everytime I try something new, which is pretty much everytime I go in, she takes the time to show me how to style my hair, how to use the products I already have, and she suggests products that she thinks will elevate my style. She never pushes anything on me, and every single tip she has given me is manageable for me, and I have zero skills!

I brought my teen son to her. He had a ton of super tight curls and is trying to grow it out. She patiently combed through his many dreadlocks and talked him through everything she was doing. He has been able to keep up with his mop at home. Nikki deserves an award for getting my teen to listen to and follow directions!!!

ashley is awesome and the owner, as well, as everyone else that i've met in the salon! ashley does more than a great job. i have a pixie and it's hard to find someone who knows what they're doing. she's truly an artist. i usually don't take the time to write reviews but this is a must. i actually live in ny and would rate this salon over any snotty salon in ny any day! and everyone does their best to accommodate you. this place is a topnotch salon/spa in the of shebly/cleveland county with people who are down to earth and everyone has a great personality.

Great salon and spa experience every time. Sandy has done so much with the new location that it's hard to stay away. The product and makeup selection is great and all the stylists bring something different to the table. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend Hat's Off Salon and Spa in Uptown Shelby.

Patte is amazing.She got my girlfriend to cut off her high school cheerleader long hair to short classy women haircut she couldn't believe how gorgeous her hair looks shorter.

Alright, so what started out as a not so good experience ended up very positive. I did get an appointment on very short notice which is great. Two of the benefits of being a man are that our haircuts don't take long and we're more function than style. When I first arrived, there was no one at the front desk to check in with. So I sat and read a magazine. Someone came and did a lot of "front desk busy stuff". It took about ten minutes for a receptionist to finally talk with me and ask if I was being helped. She was however very apologetic and thought I was waiting for someone else. Then Charlotte entered the picture; very friendly and lots of personality. She did a great job shampooing and rinsing. She has very good scissoring skills for men. I was very pleased with the cut and the price. Overall, the place has a nice upscale feel to it. It looks like you can do a full on spa day if you want. I especially like the painted exposed beams on the ceiling. I'm a sucker for nice architecture. I'll definitely be back and would definitely recommend them.
