Harrold Beauty Academy Salon

For one, I don't like people telling me what I CAN and CANT do with my hair. I've been doing my own hair for years and I'm very aware of what it can handle. These ladies just assumed they knew everything about my hair and told me no. (I would go deeper into detail but just know they very much did not know ANYTHING about my hair type). I was told NO color after 2, but when I arrived at 1:15 I was told no color after one. Yet again, another waste of my gas and time. I left with the same exact hair except I had a random bleach blonde stripe through my blackest black hair. Thank you, test strand. But, still, my hair wouldn't "take the bleach". This was my first time visiting, and it will be my last. I've never been so disappointed by a salon. Oh, and now I'm laying in my bed, with silky soft blonde hair that I did myself. No thanks to you, Harrolds!
