Martin comes highly recommended from me. I've been going to him for years. Even though I've moved 45 minutes away I drive to get him to chop my hair. Always fits me in, always gives me a solid chop, and is very personable and easy to chat with. Best I've found in Utah.

Martin is the owner, my complaint isn't on a haircut it's his over all professionalism in his work space. I paid months in advance early my whole lease term of 2 years and always on time. I took care of the exterior of the building even though I paid a cam fee and that should have been covered. When I first got the keys in 2016 the building had been abandoned and neglected. Holes in the walls, a punch hole through the door, pink paint and glitter thrown everywhere it was gross I even have a video of the whole remodel on the fb, and YouTube pages. I spent 2 months with no build out time and all out of my own pocket to make the unit look ten times better. The water has been an issue with the entire building and was never taken care of the water lines are rusty and fill the new water heaters with rust. the sink leaks, the windows have horrible seals causing utilities to be high and he never took care of it. He runs a tanning salon out the back of his unit next door which he told me wasn't allowed in the city and asked me to tell him when ever the health department is coming so he could leave the building. All in all at the end of my lease I was greated with a when are you leaving conversation even though he knew the plan was to lease 1 month on a monthly bases , that ended in him repeatedly telling me that he doesn't want me to vandalize his building. I was never given my full security deposit back, I was over charged for my lease and not reimbursed And the charges from my security deposit were for work that was never done nor needed to be done or was ever done before I moved in as a new tenant. Now he is advertising the building at a larger rate for the work and efforts I did. Beware of bad land lords. I never had an issue with Martin until he found out I was not signing another lease. Then he acted like I was a criminal I guess because he couldn't make money off me anymore. Its unfortunate because the community really enjoyed my business in the neighborhood. I just hope someone else doesn't get the same treatment. I'm almost 30 yrs old, a military vet and business owner of 10+ yrs I shouldn't be talked to nor treated like a child out of high school because Ive outgrown a commercial location and decided to move on. Hopefully no one else will also if they see this. I've happily relocated to Ogden and appreciate all the support from the locals.
