Hard Hat Rooter and Plumbing

Had an emergency clog in the main line from flushing some food (big mistake). Called these guys and they came out within an hour and had it uncloged shortly after. The technician Michael did a great job and explained everything as he went. Very professional. Asked if he should remove shoes before coming in. He let me know that it was the main line after seeing debris in the shower that I had missed. He also told me if he could not unclog they would do a free camera inspection. Would recommend!

Third review I'm leaving for Hard Hat Plumbing - they always go above and beyond which is why I always call them back when I have issues!

Today we were washing dishes and found water spraying everywhere under the sink. Called Hard Hat immediately, and Michael showed up promptly within an hour. Michael is absolutely the best - we had several small things we wanted fixed in addition to the water spraying issue and he went above and beyond to fix them for us. He is friendly and kept us updated of his progress. We were totally comfortable having him in our home!

First, he checked out the pipes under the sink, even took apart the garbage disposal to make sure it wasn't the issue. Turns out the pipes under the sink were super old and leaky so he went to Home Depot and got the parts to replace them.

Then, he installed a new faucet for us. We had been wanting to install a new faucet and already had one picked out so we asked him to do it today as well. Michael really goes above and beyond - not only did he install the faucet, he also consulted us on positioning of the handle, and cleaned up some of the calcification on the counter before installing it.

Lastly, they don't really fix dishwashers but our dishwasher leaks through the aerator so we asked him if he'd take a look. He quickly diagnosed the issue (a cap blocking the dishwasher drain) and removed it for us free of charge. Then, he even helped us put some WD 40 on the squeaky hinges.

It really made our day to get such quality plumbing work done by Michael at an affordable price. Now we can continue to use our kitchen sink free of worry.

Plumbing emergencies are never fun, but Chris and his team made it the best possible experience. They came quickly and gave an honest assessment. They then fixed the issue with so much care and respect that by the end of the day we were up and working again and you couldn't even tell where the excavation had been made. I'm very thankful and highly recommend them. In related news - let our adventure be a cautionary tale and warn kiddos to NOT put rocks down sewer catches. Sigh.

Chris and his team took care of us from Day 1 by redoing all of our Drainage underneath our home, including the Main Drainage from the house to the main-line. Not to mention installing an Earthquake shut off valve and having his team fix a leak as well.

I have respect for their hard work and they will let you know of any issues they come across too. Honestly, they called all the right reasons to fix up things and did a great job sealing the plumbing up correctly.
