I had a weird appointment with this doctor. He spent literally 20 minutes telling me about the importance of flossing. It was helpful, I appreciate that and I learned a lot. But then when he provided a cleaning he gave me the most rushed and rough cleaning I have ever gotten and I go to the dentist every year. I was literally covered in blood at the end. I asked the dentist to stop multiple times because it was far too painful. He simply said, if you floss then we don't need to do this cleaning.

Absolutely terrible bedside manners and the worst cleaning I've ever had. This doctor also makes you sign an arbitration agreement - which is super shady. Doctors should have their own malpractice insurance.

Dr NGO and his team our incredible! He is such a kind doctor and very compassionate. The team in the office makes you feel like family. I would definitely recommend!!

Best dentist in the world. If you are looking for a very experienced and skilled dentist, look no further you found him. This dentist actually cares about YOUR teeth. Pricing is fair and reasonable, competitive. Don't listen to the people on here who rate this dentist poorly, their complaints are not valid. When it comes to your teeth, ya things will hurt especially a cleaning when you neglect your teeth. How is your poor dental hygiene the dentists fault? This dentist establishment is great! Iv had many procedures done here and have never had an issue.

The doctor and all the staff are super friendly and helpful! They walked me through all my options and my insurance coverage (my first dental exam on new insurance so this was much appreciated) and the doctor seemed genuinely concerned with helping me understand everything. Very efficient, I was able to get old fillings corrected immediately after my exam and the doctor even fixed a minor cosmetic deficiency he noticed with my smile then and there for free. Happy to have found this practice and would definitely recommend!

The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable! The office staff is very we and very accommodating! They are a great team! I've gone for seven years now and found Dr. Anthony really ready to gi patients quality dental care, and a positive experience.

My son's teeth were killing him and we quickly realized it was his wisdom teeth coming in. It was so bad that he didn't even want to eat his birthday cake or open presents that day. Thats when we knew it was serious. I took him to an oral surgeon who told me he had to have all 4 teeth removed, under general anesthesia for an hour. I have delta dental DPO and it was still going to cost me 1500 dollars, yeah right...

My son didn't want to have general anesthesia so we said thanks but no thanks. Luckily, the pain seemed to subside for a day or two. A few days later his teeth began to hurt again... I called 6 dentists to see who could see him as I felt I really needed a second opinion.

The 7th call did the trick and the person who answered the phone was kind, understanding and most importantly really heard me when I said my son was in pain. She didn't respond with, "we can see him maybe in a month" like a few others did. She listened attentively and put me on hold. She returned a few min later saying they could work him in at 2pm. I made this call at 10:15am.

That's quick! The office was easy to find, they have the good x ray machine and everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Now lets talk about Dr. Ngo.

Dr. Ngo is hands down the very best dentist I have ever laid eyes on. I mean the best, like top .05 percent in his field. He took the time to explain to my son and I with a model the importance of flossing, how we get cavities, and really tried to help my 17 year old kid understand that taking care of his teeth is important. He is legit.

He recommended my sons 3 wisdom teeth be removed and said the other one hadn't even come through yet. He did not pressure us. He gave my son and I time to talk about what my son wanted to do. My son had a similar impression of Dr. Ngo and was comfortable letting him work on his teeth. With my insurance it was no cost to us. Read that again; 3 wisdom teeth; not 4. NO COST TO US.

Now here comes the good part, we agree to have the wisdom teeth pulled and he said he could do it today. All we had to do was wait a little bit. OK.

We waited like 5 min and than they started numbing up my son and he was out of that chair with all three wisdom teeth pulled in literally less than 45 minutes. I think it was actually 35 to be honest.

They are next door to Ralphs so I had taken the time I would have spent in the waiting room to run over and get my son some apple sauce and soup. Before I was able to get in line, my son text me saying he was ready. Impressive!

I highly recommend Dr. Ngo because he is honest, friendly and his office staff including his dental assistants all went out of their way to make my son comfortable. At one point I had stepped out and the dental assistant was teaching him how to use the prongs thing that sucks up spit. Who does that????

These guys are the real deal. I will be back to see him myself. My only trepidation is that when I return he will realize I haven't been flossing as much as I should! LOL. We shall see!

Truly one of the best dentists that I have ever seen. The entire office staff and back staff is so nice and you really feel welcome and comfortable when at an appointment. Dr. Ngo is very knowledgeable and explains everything before he does it. He always asks how I am doing and if I'm having any issues. I really enjoy this office too because they have openings on some Saturdays and later times on Mondays. So that really works out with my work schedule! Highly recommend!

I finally found MY best dental office!!

As I arrived Sarah welcomed me with her smile and by name, an absolute sweetheart.

I then was sat right in a very nice room and Yasmin came in to take my Xrays. Wow, such a sweet manner as she made me feel very comfortable talking about our families as she took her time with my Xrays.

I had a bad experience with my last dentist and was very nervous.

Dr. Ngo walked by my room and took the time to introduce himself which has never happened to me.

Once my Xrays were ready Dr. Ngo came in to educate me on flossing and what I needed as far as my dental work. I have never had a dentist take so much time with me. I not once felt rushed. The dentist himself did my deep cleaning and made sure I was ok throughout the process. Matt assisted and was so kind!

I then got to meet Heather. What a gem!! She is the treatment coordinator and as I had many questions not once did I feel I was being a bother. Heather was able to get me a price I could afford as Dr. Ngo is definitely not in it for the $. They all really care about their patients! I will recommend family and friends as I am finally not afraid of going back. Thank you for such a great experience all of you!!

Just glad I replaced this dentist with another one. This dentist is not only rough during cleaning. He also has nothing positive to say to me.

I have since switched to another dentist nearby and the skilled Staff was able to explain to me what I was doing incorrectly and the cleaning process has been easy and painless.

This use to be a really good place. Terrible now...Can't get a phone call returned after SEVERAL REQUESTS....Promised several times they would call back to me and never got that phone call. Do Not use this dental office....!!!
