Happy Tails Grooming

I wish I could find a place that was able to continue to groom my dogs and have them look as good as they did the first time sadly happy tails is in that group. The first and second time my dogs looked great the last time I took my dogs there a few days after I got home I realized that one of my boys topknot was a little weird looking most of it was cut off on the front when I took him back they said oh yeah I think he moved they should've told me that when I picked him up not hid it from me. So very disappointed!!

My dog ​​was injured from this place, he had a head injury, they did not tell me and he became infected

Our dog Holly is a high energy dog and is a handful. We have used several groomers with mediocre success until now we will be taking Holly to Happy Tails Grooming from now on. The staff was great they came out when we picked her and and explained how they got Holly to settled down and be less rambunctious. Holly looks great we will be using Happy Tails grooming from now on

Very happy we gave this place a chance.
Twice a year, our longhaired cat gets a haircut. This time of year being in between chilly and still warm, I didn't want to have her coat completely shaved off. Most times when I've made this request, I'm told they have to take all her fur off. Not here, they gave my girl a nice short haircut and she still has fur left. Perfect. I don't remember the name of the person who took care of my cat, but she was warm and friendly.
As for price, definitely reasonable.
Also I brought my two girls in for a nail trim a couple weeks ago. The staff had us in & out in less than 10 mins.
Definitely recommend.

Happy Tails gave my longhaired cat a lion haircut last year and he looked so beautiful! We all told him so, and he got a new confidence he never had before! He started eating before his brother, playing before his brother, he was so happy! I can't wait to get him shaved again this summer.

First time using their service for grooming my cat. I have to say it's the best cut my cat ever received. Clean place, honest and courteous service.

I'm a Groomer here at Happy Tails Grooming. I just have to say itS the best shop I've ever worked at.... our clients and their pets are some of the best around. Thank you for all the great reviews.... as for the negative ones, we always ask if you want a particular groomer, if you don't then you'd get whoever isn't booked up yet. All of the groomers here are very good and loving with all the animals that come in. If your pet is matted... we will not torture any animal with trying to brush out severe mats so yes we will shave and yes that takes a lot longer because we have to be very careful as to not hurt the animal or ourselves. We take pride in what we do here at Happy Tails. Every pet deserves the works ... and they deserve personalized grooming with each groomers full attention. As for our Russian speaking groomers, we only have 2 here everyone else speaks English so not sure where that Comment On everyone speaking it lol... one of our groomers doesn't speak English so the owner translates to her. Nothing wrong with that .... she's an amazing groomer. Also... if you ask us to help you give your pet meds or even flea treatments we will GLADLY help you with that and no one has ever said otherwise. We are here for the love and well being of your pet... I've noticed a couple reviews on here from clients that left a bad review yet have come back and tell us beautiful job. Please if you have anything you don't like, tell us right then and there instead of making a bad review so we can fix the problem, we are always happy to change something to your liking to the best of our ability. Our dog was in desperate need of a hair cut and various circumstances, including not being happy with our previous groomer, were holding us back. I finally had enough and did a search. Was I lucky to come across Happy Tails! When I called to inquire about pricing and other information, they were as kind and professional as can be. They are open 7 days a week and offered to take him in on a Sunday at 5:00! They called when he was ready which was right in the window of time they had estimated. They had him walking around the shop instead of a cage, and tooth brushing is part of the grooming package with a very reasonable price. The dog came home happy, healthy, and looking great. Again, I feel very lucky to have found them in my search. They have definitely gained a new customer.
