Kirsty C.Walnut, CA409106May 8, 2020I've been using Hanmi Bank for as long as I can remember, at the RH branch, and I've had nothing but positive experiences here. The Korean ladies are so nice and accommodating, especially the new accountants who are always friendly and helpful. They have great customer service, and never have had problems here. They are all Korean older women, but they do understand basic English and will help you get whatever you need done. I love this bank and couldn't recommend it more!

Been coming here for years and they have great customer service.

the korean ahjumas here are so cute and nice. theyre always friendly and positive. i cant really say much about the banking because i only come here to do banking for my parent's business.
my only gripe is the parking lot SUCKS! stupid stingy asian people! and its worse because korean ahjumas in their huge SUVs and minivans dont know how to park! so, i admit to double parking just to make sure my car is ok. :PHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
