This hotel smells like pinesol, chlorine, dirt and mold had a party. My room wasn't clean. I checked in and then out again within 30 minutes. I was offered a different room but when I told them I couldn't take the smell, they said 2nd floor (which my room was on) was the worst and that the upper floors were better. They refunded me without any hassle though and staff was friendly.

Wow!! I should have just stuck with the Hampton in Council Bluff. This stay is my first and last. Upon walking in there is a strange smell. At first I thought maybe it was due to the pool but I don't think so because it lingered to to second floor.
We were passing through so I ran in to check in then off to dinner (which was another mistake but that is a different review).
We came into the room from having dinner and the first I noticed was hair in the bathroom sink and counter. No vacuum cleaning, some mud on the floor and the shower handle and floor were dirty. Shoddy, shoddy cleaning. Not sleeping on the sheets because it looks like they have been changed in awhile.
Next time, I will stick with Council Bluff!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ayrica R.NE, NE01Sep 9, 2023

Wow, this was a luxury Hampton Inn find! We are Hilton Honors members and generally try to stay in a Hilton property when traveling if we can swing it..cha ching those travel points! The Hampton Inn line is usually one of our favorite of the budget Hilton properties and we also find them to be relatively consistent in quality and amenities even if some are older than others. This location had newly renovated rooms that felt like we were staying in a much pricier place than a usual Hampton.
I was getting ready to move the husband across the country with me as he ended his service to our country. After getting him out of his apartment we needed a place in Bellevue to stay before we began the long trek to Washington state for the much anticipated cohabitation. We had put family up in this Hampton before as it is close to the base, but had not personally stayed here ourselves.
The check in was easy and there is tons of parking allowing us to park our uhaul where we could easily keep an eye on it. While the building itself is a bit older as you can tell from the hallways, the guest room we stayed in had been recently renovated. As I rolled all over the comforter, I noted its softness, the crisp sheets, and the excellent squoosh factor of the pillows. The blue modern art headboard and updated side tables with usb chargers were a big plus. The bathroom had also been recently done and had a nice modern feel to it.
The room was quiet and peaceful and we slept great allowing us to get up rested, enjoy a nice breakfast, and be on our way to the great unknown of marriage cohabitation.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Broc B.Gilbert, AZ030Jul 9, 2022
Hate to put a blemish on this otherwise okay record, but this place was awful. Checked in fairly early in the day but not an "early" check in. I was given a room on the first floor and immediately upon opening the door the place reeked of mold. I wasn't sure it was mold at first, since the room was near the pool and a supply closet (overflowing with carboard boxes and not so much a closet as completely open alcove) so I thought that perhaps a strange combination of cleaning supplies and chlorine from the pool was making an odd scent that resembled mold. I asked for another room and explained the problem, but was told that they were booked. Note that this was 4pm and check-in is at 3pm at the earliest... The person at the front was not apologetic and insisted there wasn't anything that could be done. My family has a mold allergy so I thought if it wasn't mold and just some smell that we could hang out in the room for a bit and see if any of us started reacting. Not a half hour later there were snuffles and sore throats abound. I kept an eye on the front desk during that half hour and saw several families checking in being offered fresh rooms, so why was I stuck with the moldy one? They obviously had other rooms available. I want to point out that one person in my family is disabled and we are Diamond members. Not that this matters really, except for the fact that we had to repack our car and drive another several hours to our next destination because that room was so bad. If they can't help out one of their "prestigious Diamond tier" patrons, and one with a physical limitation, I'm not sure what hope the rest of us have.

Nice place, nice price. Everyone here is very friendly. Pool is open, pet friendly. Hot coffee, hot tea and hot chocolate available all day. Covid friendly breakfast. We extended our stay while our new house was finished.

Overall a nice hotel.. in the middle of nowhere.
It's a good distance from Omaha airport. My cab fare ended up as $38.
The room delivers. It isn't the cheapest though, at $139/night.
Pros:
Free Wi-Fi. Yay!
Free continental breakfast, and I'm not talking about just pastries. They have yogurt, fruit cups, chocolate milk, hash browns, and scrambled + hard-boiled eggs.
Friendly staff
Nice large beds
Decent washroom, no complaints there.
Air conditioning! This one is the baller model. It's controlled by the room thermostat. In other words, no fidgeting with the modes/settings.
Pretty decent pool. It's not the deepest at 1.5m (deep end), but the water is very clean.
And lastly.. FREE BEER EVERY AFTERNOON, as it's Happy Hour before 1900. I am not kidding. This deserves a star alone.
It's not just beer. It's also free wine, nachos, and Swedish meatballs. See pics.
Cons:
TV channels are not HD. So it's all grainy.
Staff tend to disappear at night. Took me a few minutes to find the guy.
No real food around here. There's a strip mall to the South, but that's it. I guess you can't expect much when you're located next to a highway.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Ally B.Bellevue, NE18124Jul 29, 2018
Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds, clean room. I like that they provide sodas, energy drinks and snacks downstairs in the lobby. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouth wash in the bathroom. And they provide shaving cream, razors, toothpaste and toothbrushes at the front desk for free if you forget yours.
I knocked off a star for two reasons. One, I didn't like the duvet cover. It's textured on top and very scratchy. It's light but not breathable at all, so we got very hot in the middle of the night. Two, there are signs for "vending and ice" on floor one and there was no vending machines or ice tray way, so it was very misleading. Floor two, where we stayed, was the same way. There was only an ice machine, no vending machine. However, there being sodas downstairs does make up for it, but I still wish there was a vending machine on my floor so I could get myself a drink.
I would recommend this place and I would come here again. All in all, very nice hotel. Nice staff, and good breakfast.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Kay C.Hammond, LA3389781Jun 26, 2019
Unfortunately my pleasant experience at this location was ruined when I realized the cleaning staff stole some of my personal belongings out of my room. A coworker reported multiple missing clothing items but nothing came of it. I tried to give the staff the benefit of the doubt until I slowly but sure go to look for items like a desk vanity mirror with lights and $35 bottle of setting spray and realize it's gone. I know for a fact I didn't leave it in the hotel, I got down on the floor to search for items on the side of the bed and moved desks in order to make sure I didn't leave anything. It hurts even more that I tipped them and they stole my belongings. I've also included a photo of the hot and cold water from the faucet in my bathroom. The hot water was murky and had white things floating in it. I purchased a soda from the store and had a $50+ (drink was 2.50)pending authorization on my personal account for using the card that didn't book my stay. I was also told that it was "policy" for them to continue to add extra authorizations as long as I continue to extend my stay but they didn't know how much each would be or how often. I left with an authorization of $60+ on my card after only getting that one soda for $2.50

Friendly staff but NOT vegan friendly food
Let me say the staff is so kind and helpful that I canceled my reservations at a different location for my next stay in 3 weeks and I will be with them for another 2 weeks.
My only complaint runs with the chain and that it is impossible to have food surety while staying there.
I get tired of confirming every visit that the oatmeal is made with water and not milk. I get tired of asking if the potatoes have butter on them, or if the bread has milk or egg in it. If the chain labeled items with a little "v" for vegan then everyone with 4 of the 8 major food allergies would know that food is not just vegan but safe for those with egg, milk, fish or shellfish allergies.
When I asked about the bread at the evening reception, the bag was blank and the boxes with the ingredients listed had already been removed. In fact breakfast was ok because the fresh fruit every morning was wonderful, so I had that with oatmeal.
But the evening reception was always a heart attack on a plate. Why cheese? Why not some fresh fruit or a little baked potato bar with some toppings. Certainly would cost less and would be available to a wider audience. They had fresh coffee around the clock which was great since I work shifts. I'll be back shortly.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
