Hail Works

They did a fantastic job on my Mercedes which got hit with nearly $4k of damage from a recent hail storm. Jason and the team took the time to explain the process, what to expect, and even offered to help transport me after dropping off my car.

They worked directly with the Insurance company on filing a supplement request when additional damage was found. They called me no less than 4x times giving me updates during the few days they had my vehicle.

When my wife came home, she commented on how my car looked new again... enough said.

Highly Recommended... just hope that they can get past the challenges with zoning and the HOA trying to push them out of their location.

These guys are quick and do great work!! Had my 2010 Mazda 3 repaired! They helped me work through all the insurance issues! And Chris was great and drove me from the rental car facility!

Wish I could give these guys 10 stars... They were terrific. Professional. Kept me updated at every step of the way. Worked well with the insurance company and made my car look like new again! Use them with confidence!

Wow I cannot believe the level of customer service Hail Works LLC treated me with! They are good people that really will go the extra mile to please the customer. Not only were they very nice, very methodical and quick getting my very damaged car fixed and looking nice, but they even delivered my car to my garage for me ! That was nice ! I'll be recommending Hail Works LLC to all my fiends and family ! Thumbs up&5 stars!!

Jason and the team at Hail Works are the best! I took my SUV that was severely hail damaged from the storms that rolled through DFW a few months back. I must have taken my car to 10+ shops for estimates. Every other place told me that my car couldn't be repaired with paint less dent removal. It was a brand new car and I didn't want it repainted. Jason was honest and shot me straight! Him and his guys did an amazing job on my car and even a trained eye would have to look up and down my car to see that it was repaired! It looks brand new again! Even better than the workmanship displayed by Hail Works (which is stellar) the customer service is top notch! Jason goes beyond what any body shop will ever do take make it right and make the customer happy! The best customer service ever from any business! I will only take my vehicles to Jason from now on! Thanks Hail Works! You guys are no doubt the BEST!

**update** spoke to owner and understand they were told they could not put up signs (which is unfortunate and certainly beyond their control). Still, communication prior was subpar as a business could definitely have called and/or emailed in advance. A sincere apology could also have been extended to me at any point.

I would think twice about working with them. I went in about 3 weeks ago to the Custer location and got my car on their calendar for extensive hail damage repair. I went to the location today and not only was the location closed, there were no signs indicating anything anywhere. I called HailWorks and was told they had to move locations and that they'd meet me in the Lowe's parking lot to get my car. I asked why I hadn't been called or informed & the man on the phone told me he had left messages with all their clients yesterday. I double checked and can 100% confirm that I received no missed calls or messages yesterday. All this added up to me being uncomfortable giving them my car so I left (communication, no sign of anyone/any cars at location, meeting in parking lot).

At best, they're very disorganized & unprofessional (it occurred to me after the phone call that the man on the phone didn't even ask for my name so they weren't actually working from a list), and at the worst, something very shady is going on.

The guys at Hail Works did a great job on fixing my car! Their prices are very affordable and they were extremely timely with the repair. I was able to get my bumper on my car replaced within 2 days of first going there for an estimate. They gave me all the options for fixing my rear bumper and were honest about each one of them. The customer service of all the staff is awesome. Will definitely be using them for any future incidents and also recommending them to other people.

Hail Works did Perfect I was more then impressed on their customer service and the dedication they had on the job. Worked well with insurance and didn't have any problems on either end! My car looks new! I will refer them to family and friends and continue using them for any future dent repairs!
