Amaaazing AYCE KBBQ. Their menu has so many high quality meat, seafood, and veggie options. These were my favorites:

*Marinated beef rib fingers
*Marinated beef short rib with bone
*Brisket

Also loved grilling the kimchi to add a smokey dimension. Be sure to leave room at the end - your server will cook kimchi fried rice right on your stone grill. It's a hearty finisher!

The restaurant felt clean, spacious, and well ventilated. Servers frequently swing by to help cook meat, so you can sit back, relax, and stuff your face with delicious food :)

If you struggle to find street parking like I did, consider $5 valet parking in the plaza.

Parking: parking can be terrible especially if you come during peak times. The parking lot is super small (it is LA ‍) so you might have to find street parking which is around apts so you know how that is. The little plaza does offer $5 valet if you don't want to bother searching for a spot

Reservations: only allowed for party of 6 or more and there is no Yelp waitlist. This place is SMALL...so expect a long wait if you come during peak lunch/dinner times. We got here around 4pm on a Saturday and the wait was about 45 mins or so.

Full disclosure: They only have ONE menu here. Someone incorrectly posted a photo with 3 other menu options Needless to say there was a lot of confusion when we came and tried to order these meats from the "Premium" menu and the lady kept saying "no more". At first we thought they ran out of most of the higher priced meats but then later realized (on our own) that someone posted the wrong menu to the business' Yelp ‍ I hope the owner gets it taken down as I wonder how much confusion it's caused other customers. To be honest if we had known there was only one menu option then we would've tried different places as the small variety of meats and hot dishes doesn't justify the price. We came here because someone on TikTok (yes TikTok) said that they ate the highest rated AYCE Korean BBQ in LA. We came all the way from Orange County to see if it lived up to its reputation.

Price: $43.99 per person / As stated above we foolishly came here from the OC seeking to try something new and was incorrectly lured by a wrong menu someone posted. ‍ For that price you normally get a lot more variety and more "premium" quality beefs added. How would I know you ask? Me and my friends take pride in trying different AYCE Korean BBQs and wanted to expand our palette (spelling??) outside of the OC hence us coming to LA.

Meats: When you pay $44 for Korean BBQ then you expect that there should be at least 6-8 "premium/high quality beefs" to that menu and the rest is your normal beef, pork and chicken. This place had hot dog...yes that's right I said hot dog. Was it polish or Nathan's hot dog? Nope...LOL. It was a plain old, probably from Oscar Meyer brand (no offense to Oscar Meyer intended ). You're probably wondering why the heck we'd try the hot dog...for that price you can be sure we wanted to try it once to see if anything special about it. Sadly it doesn't compare to Costco hot dog

Service: This is an AYCE so we were super surprised when the server/chef came and just started grilling our meats. From our experience they only grill your meats when you go to the non-AYCE joints. ‍ Like another customer said she didn't explain or give us the heads up that she'd be "assisting" with the cooking so we were caught off guard. We didn't even think to let her know that we'd prefer to cook ourselves (per the recommendation from another Yelper). One person in our party is particular about her meats having to be extra cooked and nothing raw touching other stuff so it was a bit disconcerting every time they'd come by and just move everything we had around. The server/chef seemed very abrupt when we'd ask for items. Ex: I was listing the items we'd like from the "Salad, Rice, Etc" section when she just interrupted and said she'll bring one of every thing. But we didn't want everything so the extra items (like the pancake) was moved from the grill to the throw away plate. To us it was a waste of food but that's how she wanted it ‍

Uh oh I might have a new favorite KBBQ spot in town!! I came here for lunch on a weekday and I didn't expect a wait for a party of 4, but it was probably because it was the last week of the year and a lot of folks probably had the week off! I think we only waited about 20 minutes before we got seated. It's in a plaza where there seems to be valet parking only but it was only $3! It's an open space if you sit at the front so it feels indoor/outdoor-ish because there werent enclosed walls or windows.

Upon being seated, I was really impressed because there was a table attached to ours that had a tray and an extra chair (which allowed us girls to put all our purses on lol). That tray just provided extra table space for us, like the meat and sides that arrive so it's not just taking up space on our table as we're eating. The grill was something different I wasn't used to seeing - I loved how big it was and how easy it was for the waiters to clean so they didn't have to change out the grill constantly. I appreciated that the waiter also helped us cook when they brought out new meats or when our meats were done cooking! I'm surprise there is that kind of service at an AYCE BBQ place. The meats had great quality and there was a good selection to choose from, including marinated and non-marinated meats. My favorites were the brisket, marinated rib finger, spicy thin pork belly, and prime steak. I love the bon chon options too (very important). I wish we were able to order more than 3 dishes at a time though, but it did keep us humble. If you want the kim chi fried rice, you can only order it at the end because they'll cook it directly on top of the grill right in front of you! It's a cool experience, so leave room if you want to see it lol I will say it wasn't as good as I had hoped it'd be, and I wish I was able to eat my kbbq with the kim chi fried rice.

Overall, it's a place worth checking out and you'll definitely leave satisfied!

After an early morning rise and drive down to LA from NorCal, we had the opportunity to try out the kbbq here.

The place was quite packed when we arrived and they were able to accommodate us quite easily.

The meats are high quality, they cook for you and I left satisfied. It's easily one of the better kbbq places.

Waited over 2 hours to get called. They kept calling people who came after us over an hour. Horrible.

Got here around noon on a Saturday after driving down to LA. We just beat the rush and got one of the last tables inside. The inside of the restaurant was a lot smaller than I realized so we were lucky to get a table without a wait.

Tried the brisket, short ribs with and without bones, beef tongue, and spicy pork belly. Also got some corn cheese, rice, jalapeños and garlic and some mushrooms to grill on the side. My favorite are the short ribs with bones. Didn't really like the spicy pork belly, the sauce wasn't spicy and was a bit overwhelming for my liking and the texture wasn't like other pork belly and we wish we had just gotten regular pork belly. Overall service was nice but we felt rushed. They come to help you grill the meat from time to time but there were times the worker kept saying the meat was done and insisting we take it off the grill and we had to let them know we wanted it more crispy, I get they wanna turn over tables for more customers but we felt rushed a lot and pressure to eat extra fast. Overall it was good, liked the sauce options and left not smelling too Smokey which is always nice! I think the type of grill they have prevents burning to a certain extent so it wasn't super Smokey like most Korean bbq places.

Experience (5/5 stars):
*Food: the meats were good, especially brisket and kalbi!
*Price: $43.99 for all you can eat
*Service: fast and attentive. the servers cook the meats and brought out all the sides pretty quick.
*Ambiance: loud but i liked the vibes here; they do a cheer to celebrate birthdays!

Overall, I'd come back here for kbbq!

Absolutely delicious! Great service. What I love about this place they don't lag the rounds of order. Food keeps coming before finishing. Also, they assist with making the barbecue. This place is worth trying at least once. Parking is $5 to park in the front.

The quality of the meat here is great, the sides are fresh also. About 45$ per person.

The wait was pretty long but we were dead set on trying this place out. We waited about an hour.
I don't love that the servers start cooking your food out of nowhere without saying a word to you.. some talking / socializing wouldn't hurt, at least initially.

Parking is rough.. someone decided it would be a great side hustle to stand there and charge for parking in the tiny little lot.. $5. Or find street parking.
