Hadeed uses pro equipment and get the job done, but make sure you pay the correct price. Ask to see a price list and verify that all is correct and the math is correct on your invoice before you agree to the pricing. If you get a quote over the phone, make sure it matches to the invoice.
I've used Hadeed twice to clean my wall-to-wall carpets (approx 1100 sq ft). The first time in July 2017 was great -- fair pricing, quality results, and a worker who treated my home as if it was his, going the extra mile. I paid about $400 (with a discount applied). The second time in July 2019, however was a different story -- two guys showed up (on time), quoted me an outrageous price and then did the minimum of work. They first wrote up a quote with basic cleaning (hot water extraction), plus soil treatment spray, rotary scrubbing, and furniture moving for the ridiculous price of $1050. I elected to not do the rotary scrubbing and furniture moving which brought the quote down to $580, which was still more than I was willing to pay. Then I noticed they misapplied their own rates and tried to charge me the 1400 sf price for my 1100 sf carpets. The charge for soil treatment spray was also nearly double what it should have been, and there was a math error which further inflated the quote. After fixing their pricing errors, the final cost I paid was $330 (with a discount applied), which is much closer in line to what I paid 2 years ago. But I still feel I got a better value two years ago because the worker then performed spot treatments and rotary scrubbing and moved furniture and then put the furniture up on styrofoam blocks so the carpets could dry. None of that was done in July 2019.
My carpets are definitely cleaner now, but I feel sorry for the people who don't catch the pricing errors and don't get the level of service that should be performed.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - E W.Washington, DC04Apr 5, 2024
Hadeed Carpet was great - fast, reasonably priced, and good service. I scheduled over the phone, they came to pick up the rug on a Wednesday and had it back to me by the following Monday. The rug looked so much better, and the price was the same as they quoted over the phone for the size and material.

BEWARE!!! Hadeed picked up multiple extremely valuable carpets from our home after a water loss. Hadeed charged $25,800 to clean and restore! They returned them and they were damaged and in worse shape than before. Hadeed came back and picked them up again. That was 3-4 years ago! They are unresponsive and evasive. We believe they lost them. We've hired an attorney to recover our loss. This is a 3rd world, shady as hell company.

Hadeed picked up the carpets and charged $25,800 to clean them. The insurance company payed the bill. When the carpets were returned, they were damaged, stained, and worse than before the loss. They came back again and picked up the carpets. That was more than 2 years ago. They will not return calls, acknowledge any communications etc. Every call ends with; "we'll have Joe Hadeed call you". Years later, Joe is still MIA?
It's like dealing with a 3rd world country! Place is shady. - Debra S.Arlington, VA01Sep 24, 2021
I was very disappointed in the work that was done in cleaning 5 carpets. - They did only a so so job cleaning them. There were grease food stains on one of my carpets, which I asked if they could get it out and they assured me they could. The carpet is reversible and it seems they cleaned only the clean side and completely ignored the dirty side and the spot still remains. I reached out to them two different times by email with a picture of the carpet but no one seemed to have the time to get back to me. I should have paid more attention to the not so good reviews....Live and Learn...

Extremely disappointed in Hadeed Carpet. Consistently "one price and then change the price when the rug gets to them. Will never use this company again or recommend them. o

Terrible company. On returning my rug they broke a platter and then said their contract started they are not responsible for damages in the house. My bad for not reading that but, seriously ?!

Thank you for your business.Nov 13, 2012Previous reviewI was referred by a friend. I had multiple problems with getting rugs cleaned. First I asked for a quote and one was not given. I asked to be notified 30 mins prior to pick up and did not receive a call. They collected the rugs when I was not home. Still no quote but I saw that they charged $300 - 350 for the size rug I gave them. After a few days I called to ask when I could have the rugs returned, I then emailed and called again over the next 4 days - no response. I called again and was told the rugs would be returned in 2 days, I said I wanted them returned the next day. A 2 hr time frame was allocated to me however their truck broke down and they arrived an hour late. They also charged me $162 more than I expected to pay. In looking at other peoples comments this seems to be their MO so if you do use this company please get a written quote

This company is not honest. They are always trying to up sell and get you to add a lot of extra services. It's expensive and spot removal should be part of the cost. Rug came back very clean but there are spots where it looks bleached and the pile comes out. When I called they offered a $100 credit for future service, but never sent anything. So basically they damaged my rug and did not make amends. Cannot recommend.

Fun update: Bob responded to my Google review and is now trying to say there was pre-existing damage and "our technicians made it clear to you that the furniture had preexisting damage." This is patently untrue--there was no pre-existing damage, which explains why the movers didn't address anything of the sort when they were in our home. Perhaps they're remembering someone else's furniture they destroyed?
Do NOT trust them in your home. They damaged my bed, agreed to repair it, and then went back on it once they realized I would take Hadeed Bucks in exchange for the hundreds of dollars of damage they caused (and acknowledged and agreed to correct).Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Jul 24, 2019Previous reviewDo NOT trust them in your home. I had an antique rug cleaned with Hadeed and the job was beautiful. Customer service was personable, responsive, and follow up was timely. I even found another rug in their older collection that is slightly worn but really elegant and fits perfectly in our home. Thank you for a very peasant experience!

Carpet cleaning tech put down way too much water with carpet cleaning wand. A regular 8 hour dry time took close to 3 days! Stains that went away after 1st visit came back darker & bigger than original stain! I had to keep flipping back the tripped breakers to allow Tech to complete the job due to the voltage surges from their machine. When I informed them of our dissatisfaction, I was promised a return visit between 9-10a two days later. No-show & no call when promised. When I called "them" after mid day, they said the Tech didn't report to work & "they were scrambling" to find somebody to come out. No thanks for no "keeping me in the loop"!They arrived close to 4:30p without a vacuum or wand to get up any remaining water & promised low blowers to air out carpet. They brought a buffer machine that required trying a few different "disks" to perform carpet vs. floor cleaning (shampoo vs. high pressure water). The drying time using that method was less than 4 hours. I should never have had to make 6 calls to get this done, get info. & time frames and get a less than "customer first" attitude during some calls. My advice is to look elsewhere for a company that just cleans in-home wall to wall carpet.
