As a mother I can tell you he is a great lawyer. He kept my son out of jail on a third offense DWI which is simply unheard of. He also got my sons 115mph ticket dismissed something I saw the other defendants get jail for even at lower speeds from this judge.

just like others have said he works diligently on his cases and was amazingly prepared for my case. Saw his advertisement in route 9 shopper. Went to our appt for Wills. We were requested to wear masks, he actually chastised my husband for not having the mask high enough up on his nose, even though the mask well covered his nose. We were discussing the will, my husband had teased me about fearing for life because I wanted wills. H Scott chimed in that he didn't have to worry that I would die in a car crash today. We were both shocked at his comment. Then the simple will kept getting more and more expensive. Went from 675. to 1225. each. Just felt very uncomfortable with him and wouldn't recommend.

I had a reckless driving charge, and speeding - would have had 12 points and potentially jail time along with, losing my my license. Probably the highest end lawyer on the east coast. I was facing semi serious DUI and blunt weapons charge and he helped me reduce them all to fines and a few points. If you made a big mistake like me, I'd highly recommend Scott. I learned a lot from him, he was comforting and very friendly. Expensive but if you need to win, he's your guy. Not like most parasitic lawyers at all. Scott will put you at ease and give you relief.

My friend was facing 20 years in jail for a serious criminal offense. We went to court with Attorney Aalsberg many times and each time he would get the charges lower and lower. In the end today he was finally able to convince the judge to let him go and give him no jail. He is expensive no doubt but worth every penny and more.
