Guy Fieri's Flavortown Kitchen

This was a disastrous experience end-end. First the order didn't get delivered (they use Postmates), but the order status said completed. I had to call them to complain. They gave me an option to go pick it up, and refunded the delivery charge and tip. When I picked it up and got home, one of the items was missing. Called customer support again and got a refund on the item. Customer service was very courteous and helpful both times.

Now the food, soggy fries and fried pickles, flavorless spaghetti and burnt and dry chicken - ugh!!

Everything went into the trash...

I ordered food tonight for my family the food was horrible and it was not made the way we ordered it bread was soggy and items where missing i will never order from here again...

Forgot sauces and burger cooked into a hockey puck. Disappointing. Don't know what else to say accept no dressing for the famous Caesar salad.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and received a dry, over cooked cheeseburger with no toppings and the bread was stale. Ordered the fried pickles, while they were crisp and tasty, no dipping sauce. The fries were delicious but not enough to ever get me to order again.
