Gusto’s Seafood & Chicken

I ordered the lobster combo which was supposed to come with two sides but they left off the cole slaw entirely. How this happens is beyond me when your store is so empty every time I pass it. You should have all the time in the world to get an order right.
I was handed the bag and as soon as it crossed my lap into my passenger seat the stench hit me in the face. This lobster tail with a piece of perch STUNK LIKE HELL.
I don't think I've ever experienced such nasty fishy odor even in the depths of the local health code violation-ridden Tink Holl market and that is saying something! This stink was so nauseating and I paid over 20 bucks for this lobster tail and a piece of fried perch.
The fried perch reeked like bad fish and was crispy outside yet when you bit into it the fish meat was so dry that you had to rip it apart string by string like fish jerky! Wow.
The three hush puppies were dry and nearly choked me so I could only eat one. I added two eggs for $1.50 and they were hard boiled and perfectly fine.
I saved the lobster tail for last figuring it would either be decent or better and allow me to forget about how craptastic the other items were or would just be bad and reinforce that I will never give this hole any money ever again.
The lobster smelled of ammonia. The taste was not buttery, nor lightly sweet, but tainted with urinesque ammonia. What a wreck of a meal. I should have read the other reviews and avoided it accordingly but now is your chance to heed everyone's words and go anywhere else for better seafood!

Ok this was delicious and the presentation it was all cooked to perfection!!! What they don't tell you is that there's a bed of rice under all that! Highly recommend

This was my first time I got the snow crab basket and it was delicious, fresh food nice portions season well...Pooh's house garlic butter very tasty and will be my go to sauce from now on. But only cause I don't eat spicy sauce but I tried the Gusto Sweet and Spicy Gutta very tasty just to much for me but you will enjoy especially if you like spicy foods and sauces go try it... Their location is very convenient, pleasant customer service clean environment I like the decorations looks very nice.. great look for the neighborhood and community

I ordered at the restaurant and it took 45 min for them to make my order. The had the order incorrect and there was hard pieces in the fried crab. Not worth the money

Food is good, but there is always service drama. Have tried very hard to support this black-owned business, but the long wait for the food, the incompetence of the front of house staff, and the fact that the webpage and other electronic connections are always down is always maddening.

The food wasn't worth the hour long wait.

I order the Lobster Bites Plate which is supposed to come with lobster bites, hush puppies and a side of your choice. I order a side of fries. They didn't bother to give me any hush puppies. The lobster bites were spicy, which was confusing because it's not mentioned on the menu that the food would be spicy. I didn't mind it, but for others who can't handle spicy food, it might be a problem in the future.

Overall, I'm willing to give them another try. But when the hype dies down. Hopefully by then they'll have a better system so they don't get so backed up and have people waiting outside in 90 degree for more than an hour.

Food was very subpar, I had the chicken bites and one of the pieces tasted exactly like fish, I'm not sure if they use the same grease too cook both but that's what it seems like.

This place is horrible. I went for the first time today and the Alfredo was disgusting. It was like chicken noodle soup and it was extremely salty. Didn't taste like Alfredo at all. I wouldn't go back nor would I recommend this place.

Very great costumer service! Only took 25 mins for food. Affordable prices. I highly recommend

I ordered food from them a hour ago the food arrived and I opened it the food is disgusting rice was hard shrimps overcooked the sauce was horrible I didn't even eat it will never order from them again waste of my money warning to everybody don't waste your money or time would've been better off throwing my money in the trash
