I have dealt with Guns Unlimited Omaha several times and have nothing but great service. Matt and Sam are great salesmen to work with. They have both taken the time to answer my questions and find me the items I am looking for. GU is usally the first call I make when I am looking for something.

Amazing store JohnL and myself just visited. He shopping and me tagging along. I'm not a gun nut anymore but was involved more in distant past. Was all fun during those days. I have not distanced myself from that world and still have some interest and retained some knowledge and understanding. This store has a nice variety of expensive guns down to air rifles. Ammo for most anything also.

Watch out!! Guns Unlimited will not refund at all. They do not support any products they pawn off on you. Bought a holster that the sales rep claimed to be what I needed. Got home and realized that this was the incorrect product. Returned and exchanged for the proper size. Upon returning home, again tried new product. Still does not function as sales representative described. When I called to return the product, they only offered a store credit. Will never return. Suggest you go elsewhere. Cabela's will support the sale and product. So will about any other store. The value was even a little more over priced..

Website sucks can't look at handguns .every time I try to see what you have in stock your website isn't up I'm just trying to see if you have what I'm looking for.you are missing out on sales.I now most of your sale are in long guns.But a sale is a sale if I owned a business I would want any real sales I can get

Customer service off the charts, literally not even on the chart! Just called to ask about a new product and boy do I wish I wouldn't have. Some people would try to be engaging when a customer calls their business but no, "no we don't have an order". Thanks, now can you tell me if you will have an order at some point. Old angry guys who act like they know everything about everything.

Wonderful service! Brian was super knowledgeable about all the weapons we were interested in...will definitely go back and recommend to others.

DO NOT GO HERE!
Went to trade in my gun, I was offered $75...asked about ordering a handgun and was quoted $200 more than Bear Arms in Council Bluffs for the exact same gun. Also Bear Arms gave me much more towards trade in. Luckily, with all the great online choices and Bear Arms locally there is no need for me to every go back here again.
Also this place a lame selection for AK's and AR's so again NO REASON to shop here....ever.

Wrong!!! Message says "no one is available right now" and then hangs up on me. No way to run a business. So I called another gun shop and then went right over to make my purchase and gave my money to another business.

This little shop always has amazing prices on ammo. I have purchased various "accessory" type items such as an AR padded case, scopes, range bags, shell pouches for trap shooting, etc. the store had a surprising variety considering they are smaller than the big box guys. They also have quite a few items that are priced considerably lower than even online competitors.
