omg! I love this place - I drunkenly ordered pizza online and fell asleep before it arrived. called, almost instantly got connected to a human, told her the honest truth and she said she'd refund me ASAP. probably the best customer service I've experienced in a long while. before, didn't really know the difference between all the different food delivery services but I love grubhub now.
I can't support a company whose CEO is a bigot, intolerant and has a unapologetic problem with illegal discrimination and rage. His discrimination and threats are illegal. Not to mention being anti-America for not respecting the free and fair electoral process. (To be honest, their service is absolutely not worth the price anyway.) If he doesn't want certain Trump supporters working at his company, then he doesn't want our business either. I'm done with GrubHub. App deleted. Will also be calling my local restaurants to let them know that as long as they use GrubHub, I won't be their customer.
I do not think the food service is worth price. Overpriced and poor customer service. I would not use them again.
One word defines this man: Illogical "We have worked for years cultivating a culture of SUPPORT and INCLUSIVENESS. I firmly believe that we must bring together DIFFERENT perspectives to continue innovating - including all genders, races, ethnicities and sexual, cultural or IDEOLOGICAL preferences." Ok, sounds reasonable! Then: "If you DO NOT AGREE with this statement then please reply to this email with your resignation because YOU HAVE NO PLACE HERE. We do not tolerate hateful attitudes on our team." He has created a hostile workplace and I feel bad for his employees as their differing views and or beliefs are not tolerated. The very thing he say's he does not support, he proved that he does. The very thing that makes America so great you will not tolerate! Absolutely abhorrent behavior and attitude towards not only your staff but customers. Or, shall I say former customers?
CEO mixes politics with customer service. Won't ever use them again. I think you can have whatever belief you want, but when you make that more important than serving your customer base, you're just asking for failure. This is my opinion of my personal experience with this company. Your experience may differ, but if you have a brain, I don't see how.

I used to frequently use this service. I will no longer be patronizing the business due to the owners outrageous mixing of business and politics. I found his behavior disgusting and hope other people use a similar course of action to let him know there are consequences for your actions, no matter how far up the corporate ladder you may find yourself.
I used to be a GrubHub user, I traveled a lot and the app was great for when I was too tired to get out of my hotel room for the night, even after my travel was done I used it on Friday nights or when I wanted something tasty at work. Today 11/10 I got an email from a friend who works in media and read what the CEO of GrubHub wrote to his employees, needless to say I was sick after reading this.... To ask people who voted the way that the felt was right to them and send him their resignation because he does not condone their choice is unconstitutional!!! I really hope that Trump and Hillary voters unite together and boycott this company for its UN-American CEO and that the Trump supporters in GrubHub actually ban together and present the CEO for the rightful lawsuit that he deserves.
Any CEO to demand employees to resign based on political opinion should resign himself. Incredibly unprofessional. So disgusted.

The (Matt Maloney, Co-Founder) CEO of Grubhub, an online food delivery service, sent a company wide email Wednesday suggesting employees who agree with President-elect Donald Trump's behaviors and his campaign rhetoric should resign. You send a message to idiots like this by never patronizing this service and divesting from their stock.

Love doesn't trump hate in this intolerant company. The not to smart CEO sent a letter to his employees today saying if they voted for President Trump they could tender their resignation. Thanks, Grubhub, for the very poor customer service! I enjoyed part of my order not being delivered and then sitting on the phone first with the restaurant and then online with your chat while you offered only to refund me the price of the missing item, and when I suggested that a refund was not ample for the situation, you said you would give me a "FreeGrub" credit for the value of said missing item. You seem very confused about the nature of service recovery and keeping a customer.

Terrible app. Don't waste your time. A restaurant in my neighborhood always comes up in GrubHub saying it's not in delivery area. Restaurant owner says he told them several times but still to no avail. Not using GrubHub any longer.
