Delightful experience are two words to best sum up my visit. Yes, I am an MMMP card holder and say it loud and proud!!!!
Saw an ad on craigslist for the clinic and called to schedule an appointment. The phone was answered in a courteous and professional manner; the information relayed by the staff member was clear; and the conversation ended with a clear understanding of what documents were required on my part.
The office is very nice and clean. The greeting was friendly. The paperwork easy to understand. And the doctor was great. He was so cool and truly did not appear to just be a rubber stamp and approve just to approve the recommendation.
Free legal tip: Make sure to keep the three month follow up appointment. There are some cops, prosecutors, and judges that believe in the "bonafide" doctor-patient relationship. The follow up appointment meets that belief.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - August F.Ferndale, MI01Aug 24, 2022
I had a VERY bad experience here. Came in to renew and the doctor here was insanely rude. He hung up on me when I asked him a question, and yelled at me when I didn't give him an answer in the format he needed. Even if I was not answering in the most efficient way doesn't give this doctor the right to YELL at me! I'm coming here as a patient, not as someone who wants to waste time. I'm really upset with how poorly I was treated. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lady who coordinated my appointment and gave me a full refund - I really appreciate you and your understanding.

My 75 year old mother has been having severe pain and the normal pain meds she had been getting just weren't helping. After two weeks of not being able to sleep due to the pain my sister and I talked mom into getting her card.
My mom went in for her visit earlier this week and had nothing but positive things to say. The front office personnel were helpful and very nice in helping her figure out her paper work. The Dr. she saw was very professional and friendly. They were also very conscious of my mom's very limited budget and helped her figure out the most cost effective options.
I think my mom expected the shop to be a seedy dive. She mentioned several time how nice the offices were and how clean. I really appreciate that they took the time to help my mother get through the paperwork and really explained the whole process to her.
The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is that my mom called them twice over several days to get in and no one picked up or called her back. She finally was desperate enough to just show up to see if they could help her. Once she showed up though they were nothing but excellent.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Bob V.Madison Heights, MI011Jul 1, 2018
Going to try next week. Hopefully I get good results. Afraid of going to get my certification....because I need it. PTSD and sciatica.

Not sure how a clinic hired a doctor like Kumar Singh just to find out he comitted some felony couple years later. What credibility and background do the new doctors have? Seems like an unreliable clinic.
Some of doctors in the past had no concept of what HIPAA laws were. They just blurted out your issues in front of everyone in the waiting room...speaking of it was a long wait. Like almost an hour wait time.
They also didn' t know how to prescribe medication. It's supposed be measured by mass or volume, not number of inhalations. ??? The lung capacity is different from person to person.
The female doctor also indirectly made rude comments...such as your age.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Katie J.Rochester, MI241111Jan 4, 2018
I went in today in pain and with PTSD. Dr Stephen interviewed me for an hour and went over my charts. He found just cause for the prescription of medical marijuana. I am so excited to have a legal prescription for marijuana because maybe, hopefully I can get rid of some of the dozen pills I take nightly just to keep my head and pain in order. I was mauled by a dog and have sever flashbacks and night terrors. I only sleep 3 hours a night. It is playing havoc on my brain. I just want to sleep and be out of pain. I really hope the Greenlight clinic can help me. I did walk out with a temporary license that is usable once my check clears. But only a few clinics take temporary licenses. Over all stellar staff and great office. Total recommend

I went to get my certification about a year-and-a-half ago, very happy that I did... I made an appointment by phone and was in and out in about an hour the doctor was very cool, he asked me what my issues were I told him and was certified... I did not have medical records with me, it was easy breezy, I do believe it was Doctor Steven... I actually referred a friend today!

Love this place! Dr Steve Bossenbery was super friendly and thorough. The website had directions clearly spelled out as to what I needed to bring with me to be certified. They just accept cash, so be ready for that.
