Green Planet Chem-Dry

I am delighted with the job Green Planet did on both my wall-to-wall and Oriental carpets. My Oriental carpet is over 75 years old, and Chris removed all the stains and freshened up the colors and restored the texture making it softer and more comfortable to walk on. Likewise my wall- to -wall. I was especially pleased that he cleaned my Oriental rug at my home rather than taking it away. From beginning to end of my contacts with this family -owned company, I found them thoroughly professional. Marcella was very gracious and helpful in setting up my appointment and answering all my questions. Chris arrived on time and worked diligently to get the job done, using extra treatments to eradicate damage done by my dog. I strongly recommend Green Planet and will be calling on them again. They are first rate and deserve five stars!

Great service and results. ChemDry approach dries much faster than the traditional carpet cleaner. They were even able to clean a spot caused by the prior carpet cleaner. I highly recommend Green Planet.

Our couch and dining room chairs needed a thorough cleaning. i liked the reviews and i called and they were really friendly and easy to set an appointment with. Chris came out on time and had a great attitude as he explained everything and went to work. Overall was very impressed w the job he did. My wife found a couple of spots on. the dining chairs and when we inquired about them Chris offered to come back out to our house for no extra charge to take a look and give it a once over. Would definitely recommend

Our dog had a UTI and peed all over our new carpet before we noticed, and these folks did such a great job of cleaning and deodorizing the carpet! There's an initial pleasant residual citrus smell which quickly dissipated as they said it would, and then the carpet smelled like...absolutely nothing! Thank goodness! Very reasonable pricing, they worked quickly and efficiently, and were very kind and considerate as well. Would 100% recommend them!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Hands down the best service I have ever experienced. This family owned company truly prides themselves in great service, amazing prices and a pleasant staff. My floors were in desperate need of cleaning as I have become a pet owner. The deep cleaning and pet stain and odor remover was just what my house needed. They were so accommodating with the scheduling and the service was quick and efficient. Chris and Marcela who are husband and wife owners are the cutest and they were both so warm and kind. I will definitely be using them again and again.

Excellent customer service and very pleased with outcome! Customer service was outstanding beginning with initial call to inquire about service. Woman was very professional, friendly and accommodating. Chris arrived promptly - and given current pandemic, was prepared with mask & gloves. He cleaned multiple large area rugs, carpet on stairs and a sofa. Very please with the work. The stairs, sofa and one of the rugs had stains and Chris was able to perform magic - everything now looks like new!

I had an overflow of my wet bar sink (yikes) and did a makeshift clean-up with several towels. The odor though! Found this company on Yelp. So glad I did. They were so friendly and responsive! They offered to come out for a free quote within 2 days. The Quote was very fair so they did it right then and there. Great job too, making my room look clean and smell good. Would definitely use them again. Even did a little extra in cleaning my entry way. Truly appreciated.

Wow!!!! So we finally did the adult thing where we bought a nice couch and then we did another adult thing where we adopted a pet during the covid lockdown, and the inevitable happened where kitty went pee pee on our couch.... like, a lot of pee. We aren't mad though, because we learned about Green Planet Chem-Dry and how they made our couch basically look and smell new again! It was a fraction of the cost of a new nice couch, we didn't need to waste our time buying all the pet odor removal products on Chewy, and now when we sit on our couch, we are greeted with a normal couch smell and not the cloud of aerosolized pet waste we had become accustomed to.

We communicated with the team over text, set up an appointment, and Chris came by with all the equipment needed, dealt with our weird building complex parking on his own (seriously impressive) and was in and out in less than an hour. Chris is SUPER nice and explained what products he was using, gave us a full quote after looking at the couch (the pet urine removal costs extra, the exact amount depends on the amount of stains but completely worth it), and was also great to chat with while he was cleaning. After, the couch smelled amazing and we were able to pay by card. You will need to let it dry but in SoCal, it really does not take that long. Less than a day.

I will definitely contact them again to get the couch cleaned regularly every 6-9 months or so. You don't realize how much the couch matters until it is stinky and you don't want to sit on it!! Thanks Green Planet Chem-Dry, you rule

Chris and Marcela were such a pleasure to work with and I am very very happy with the outcome! I got a rug, the master room carpet, an arm chair and an ottoman cleaned by Green Planet and they did a wonderful job! They all look good as new, I didn't know my rug could look that clean again! Also weird side bar, but the solutions they use on the carpet smell really good.

In addition, the customer service was top notch, they were super responsive to my questions, timely, efficient and very covid conscious. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service!
