My sister suggested visiting Green Hills because I was having a lot of pain and swelling from a recent surgery. The staff there was so kind and took a lot of care and concern in helping me aid my pain. DR. Rogers was incredibly nice and informed me of the many options I had for medicating. He also gave me information on tools to use to help me rehabilitate my ankle. The clinic exceeded my expectations; the clinic was clean and organized, the staff was friendly and helpful and the doctor was considerate and understanding

Flake. He called me. Set up a appt time. He no showed me. I've been going there for years. They always contacted to remind when my script was expiring. Well now I have to find another dr. This DR has my medical records. Where are they now. Very worried about this.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT come here! Do not waste your money with a Dr. who only cares about your money! Dr. Rogers is extremely RUDE, no customer service whatsoever, doesn't respect his staff and is a total rip off even with the coupon!!! His employees look miserable, and he talks down to them IN FRONT of patients! When I came in for my appt, the front office gal was really nice to me but when the Dr. walked out, he just gave me a weird look and walked away. No eye contact, no hello, nothing. I then changed my mind and got out of there and went somewhere else. Do not give this guy your business and money!!!

Beware!!!! These people are not for the patients they are for their pockets and that alone. The meanest, most unhelpful, and rude nurses ever not to mention total lack of knowledge on 215 laws and regs, they couldn't tell me answers to any of the questions I had just referring me to the 2 page pamphlet they hand out after they take your money. The nurses told me they would not accept my medical records stating my severe anxiety and appetite problems diagnosed by a licensed md after paying them and after speaking with the doctor about said problems and receiving the temporary rec until they got my records. After weeks of back and forth on how I qualified under prop 215 with such medical conditions I sent said records anyway, and eventually received the 215 in the mail, guess those nurses weren't right, who would've thought. Upon receiving the what I thought was a full year rec after a week or so I went to a dispensary and they told me I hadn't been updated in the system and they would have to call the 24 hr verification phone line and got no response. After 3 days of no phone calls answered and no messages returned, they finally contacted me explaining it as a simple mistake they updated the system and I was able to have safe access again for a whole 2 months before they send me some crap about how they required a reveiw of medical records that could take up to 2 weeks after they allowed my rec to lapse once again after paying for a full year, because apparently , which I had never had to do in years past. This place is a 100% scam a bunch of con artist work here if you want to be stolen form them by all means use them if not go anywhere else, I'd suggest any Medicann facility or anywhere just not here! Negative stars needed for this quack!
