Green Cab Company

Andy was very friendly and respectful. They provided me with a ride to the airport and were right on time. The dispatcher was also pleasant. The car wasn't supremely fancy but they made up for it with their excellent customer service.

We needed a Taxi from Tulsa Int'l at 1am last night.
Sarah our taxi driver stayed on duty after hours to come take us home & she provided great service.
My only critique is that it looked like it had been awhile since her minivan had been cleaned!!
I'd use them again.

My experience was identical to Crispin's, but my driver was Noel. I agree: the dispatcher was probably the most courteous I've dealt with, the cab's arrival was right on time, and the driver was very friendly and courteous. The taxi itself was a lacking, but definitely 5 stars for outstanding service.

Car broke down in chandler and they came and picked us up at 5 am with no problems. Driver was very friendly and took care of us!

Service was prompt; actually early :) I used this company for an airport ride and the driver was courteous and punctual. What more can you need in a reliable cab company! I'd use them again.

After waiting a hour and forty-five minutes. The driver calls taxi number 56 and continues to ask if I'm sure I need a ride. I wouldn't have called if I didn't dumb butt. They are not punctual nor apparently need the work!

I've used these people frequently in the past, but no more. They are rude and rarely prompt. They will take the route that you specify, but if you don't specify they will take a longer, more expensive route. They also have a policy that they won't pickup anyone downtown on weekend nights between 12 and 2AM. I asked why and the operator (who is also a driver and the owner of the company, I know because I recognized his distinctive voice) told me that they had "200" cabs already out on the streets of downtown Tulsa. Really? I've been standing on the corner of 2nd and Elgin for 15 minutes and not one of your 200 cabs drove by. So I called again and begged you to come and get me. Nope. I called another cab company (that I stopped using because they had fewer taxis in service) and they were there within 10 minutes. Almost as if they realized the value in driving drunk people home safely. Whatever. They'll get my money and the money of anyone who'll listen to me from now on.
