This place is a hidden gem and new go to spot!
Everything we ordered was delicious. Our waitress was very nice and attentive and the restaurant itself had a great atmosphere.
We got the chicken lemongrass wontons which were crispy and delicious. They came with two dipping sauces, the sweet and sour one was amazing.
Also tried the hummus platter which featured fresh veggies and a really good naan bread as well as tzatziki sauce. I'm glad we got this dish it was very refreshing in between the other heavier plates we chose.
Next were the wings. Now salted caramel might not sound like what you want on wings but trust me you do! We could have licked the plate clean if others were not seated near us. A must try
Lastly we got the Korean beef lettuce wraps. The beef was seasoned and prepared nicely. The sauce was also great! It came with rice which I don't think it needed. We actually preferred to make our wraps with just the beef and the sauce.
I cannot wait to come back here and bring more people so we can get more plates!Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Hillary W.Manchester, NH0289Apr 10, 2024
It was a Monday after Easter so it was very quiet. Food was enjoyable. Had the fried green beans, Gouda stuffed potato skins, steak and caramelized onion egg rolls and crab cakes. My friend and I like everything but the crab cakes as they were to fishy tasting. The bartender was the server and he was very funny and nice.

They have a great cocktail menu and also an extensive list of sauces to choose from for their chicken wings. If you're a sauce person like me, you will like this place!

Taco Tuesday at Granite Tapas is the best in New Hampshire.
We had 20 tacos, 6 different styles.
Hard and Soft shells, Chicken, beef, pork and shrimp. All were amazing and the staff are even better. Then we finished it off with this amazing desert..Helpful 0Thanks 2Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lisa G.Suncook, NH081May 7, 2023
We were excited to try a new place on a Friday at 5:45pm we won't be back. Upon entering, you can't tell who works there and who does not, bartenders, servers, food runners all wearing random clothing so it's difficult to know where to go. who to speak with. However, I cannot stress enough how friendly Everyone was.
There didn't seem to be much organization and collaboration happening at least not on the night we were there.
- Ambiance a 4 cozy
- Service a 2 extremely slow took 30 minutes for a drink 10 more to order food another 20 to get the food.
- Food a 3 it looks great but taste a bit less than average.
- Cocktail menu a 4 taste a 3 no garnishes and not very blended
It seems like a place that has a lot of regulars. It definitely had a friendly feeling.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Grumpy B.Concord, NH037Apr 16, 2023
They should rename this place to Granite Appetizer & Cocktail Lounge. I don't think they understand the concept of tapas. Overpriced for what you get and mediocre food at best. The place itself is quite nice, just not what the name would lead you to believe. Our server was more concerned with friends/regulars that we were basically ignored. Won't be back.

well it has two entrances, in the front and in the upstairs back which is where it really is, quite a few open rooms around and a central bar area, seems very popular with locals which is often a good thing, service was very pleasant and drinks were very good, pretty extensive list of house drinks, my wife certainly enjoyed the cucumber and bubble, food was great and plentiful, fried pickles, the specialty salty caramel chicken tenders and a meat and cheese board.
We really enjoyed our visit and the food.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Brandy S.West Lebanon, NH21121104Jun 14, 2022
This place could have been 5 stars, except for a few things... we ordered fish tacos, which were supposed to come with slaw, red onions, and avocado crema. As you can see in the photo, it was fish on top of tomato and lettuce, with avocado. No dressing, no lemon or lime juice. Unfortunately the result was dry and flavorless. I did mention it to the waitress, who was a sweetheart, but she read the menu description back to me and said that's what I'd gotten. None of what was on the plate matched the menu description, but she was so nice we just left it at that. The star of our meal was the crab cakes- fresh, flavorful, and perfectly textured. The thick, sweet sauce on top wasn't really necessary because the crab cake was perfection. The cauliflower was really tasty, and aside from crushed butterfinger, dessert was nice too.
