Hobble away as fast as you can. The physical therapy itself is fine; the billing is not. The cost for five physical therapy sessions was $3,000+; my share was $1000+. I have had physical therapy before and paid only a $50 co-pay for a single session--no matter what was done--including, in a single session, heat therapy, ultrasound therapy, and manipulation by the physical therapist. At Grandview/Southview, I was billed for every last little thing they did for me, including just putting on a heat pack. There are other competent physical therapists who will take good care of you for much less money. And, by the way, they won't tell you up front how much it is going to cost. Had I known, I would have walked out the door.
