      The Great: Zack was my service advisor and he gets 6 stars. Everything about my interaction with him was stellar. From the time I checked in, he was sincerely apologetic that it took a bit longer than he would have hoped to get me checked in due to the long line, and looked up a couple of recalls on my truck that he scheduled to get taken care of on the same visit.

      I was able to follow up with him during the day via e-mail which he responded to within minutes, and was always very polite and professional. I found some paint on my bumper after I picked it up, took a picture and sent it to him because I thought they did it. He was ON TOP OF THINGS. He went immediately to his manager and got the images from my arrival and emailed them to me. Turns out it was there when I got there, and he was very nice about it. After some investigation, we discovered the source of the paint and the culprit who was a family member. Bottom line: he was right, I was wrong - but there was no gloating or blame - just an honest desire to do the right thing.

      I did have to come back once to get a key reprogrammed due to an install issue and Zack got me right in, did the programming right there and then and didn't make me wait or try to charge me again (I was dreading the fight given the typical dealer experience).

      Also good: The shuttle driver was very polite and nice - even though virtually every one of her passengers was complaining about the wait and the cost - she just kept a smile on her face and drove us around and stayed very positive.

      The Not so great: 2 stars The wait for the shuttle was long -- 90 minutes. They should have more shuttles on busy days. 1 star: The prices were outrageous for dealer only parts. Hard to build brand loyalty when you know you're going to get taken advantage of the day the warranty expires by the dealer and the manufacturer. I could have bought these parts online for 20% of what I paid, except that only the dealer or mechanics who have very expensive scanners can program the parts. The computers literally lock most mechanics out of doing the repair.

      If not for the professionalism and friendliess of Zack, I probably wouldn't have written a review - I'd just have gone home feeling taken advantage of by Mopar and the dealer, but the quality of his service really made me feel better about what I felt like was way too much money for what got done.

      I had a great transaction with Carlos. The five stars are for Carlos who is of course part of the team at Grand Junction Chrysler. He was exceptional in working with me, long distance, was always available, described the car exactly as it was, went the extra mile to deliver the car to me, drove over 4 hours to get it to me. Recommend doing business there, especially if you're working with Carlos.

      These folks are genuinely some of the best around. I say this despite a deal that fell through -- Nick was honest and accommodating and the Sales Manager, Mike was outstanding. If things were different, we'd be back to work out another deal. Seriously, a profound and heartfelt "thanks" to Grand Junction Jeep!

      I can't speak to the sales department since my Jeep and Promaster were bought elsewhere, but I give high marks to the service counter people who are very attentive. I have not had great luck finding a reliable mechanic for the Jeep, but at least here at the dealer they seem to diagnose things better. My main complaint is that parts take forever to arrive, and they will only use Mopar parts.

      Dishonest. Careless. Liars.
      Beyond disappointed. I don't want to have to write this review but I'm to pissed not to.
      I reached out to Grand Junction Chrysler about a Ram 3500 dually. It's a 2022 with 12,000 miles on it for 93,000.00. I had been looking for awhile and hadn't found one. In doing a search a truck came up on their lot so I reached out. Jesse was my first intro and it was positive. He told me a bit about the truck and I put a deposit down. The next day he was off so he handed me to Gabe. Gabe did a quick wash and walk through video of the truck which I appreciated. While on the phone with Gabe I asked, in a number of different ways, what kind of condition the truck was in. He just kept saying "Oh! It's really nice". Looking back I realize I never actually got a straight answer from him to my questions. I asked him about scratches, dings, dents etc. I was told there weren't any to speak of. There were...
      I made to mistakes in not asking Gabe two particular questions. What was the truck used for and what are the transition surfaces like( running boards, door thresholds, tailgate surface and rear bumper tops, etc.) Needless to say this was a truck used on a farm. Every surface has wear beyond what would be normal for a truck less than a year old and with so few miles on it. Again, this is a $93,000.00 truck. I feel it appropriate that my expectations were high.
      I was also told the truck would be detailed and ready for me when I arrived. Jesse told me when I got there that the truck has been detailed by a "professional". I found that persons work lacking. If he/she had done a truck detail, all of the scratches on the sides should have been buffed out.
      It's important here to mention the reason I worked so hard to determine if this truck was in good condition is because I live 700 miles from the dealership and would be flying in. That's why I needed Jesse and Gabe to put a critical eye on the truck for me.
      This ended up being a $1800.00 lesson in asking for a lot more pictures and talking with a manager upfront.
      So instead of driving my new truck back to San Diego as expected, I'm renting a car and driving back as there are no flights out of this little city for the next 2 days. More cost and more time.
      There's more but at this point I'm just over it.

      You see the bad reviews? Listen to them! The worst review from me too. There's are a lot of great places to get a new/used car and to get them repaired. Believe me, you don't need this.

      Did some recall items and some basic service work On our 2017 RAM van. Was an interesting experience with our initial advisor, then Austin helped out and really showed us this is a dealership you can trust. Thank you, and I think Clients need to show more patience with our younger advisers, I did not. This is a professional dealership that cares about their customers. Clean facility too!

      So the last week of November 2022 I called the service department to get a quote on a remote start for my 2020 Ram 2500 that I purchased from GJ Chrysler. This was to be a Christmas gift from my husband. I called to schedule and was told by the young lady that they have to provide me with a quote first and make sure that parts were available. She pulled up my information and verified the phone number, she was very polite and told me that they would contact me within 5-7 days. No problem . Well guess what it's now January 5, and I still never heard back from them . Customer service totally failed. I didn't get the remote start for Christmas, instead got lots of hunting gear. Shame on them for not following through and taking care of the customer. Good thing is I'm still going to get a remote start, it will just be through another business here in town that wants to receive my money. Very disappointed in the no customer service that they provide, but I love my Ram!!!

      I scheduled service for my Ram 4-5 weeks back, I dropped it off on scheduled day. Service personnel were nice and helpful during check in. I had no heat in my truck and wanted them to identify the problem and price out the repairs. I also had an air bag recall, and warranty work from previous service. The shop didn't get all the coolant lines tied down from 1 year earlier. Later afternoon they called me back with repair costs of $1,900 for heater core replacement. They told me it was a 9 hour repair and had the parts. Technician said it should only take a couple days. Three days later I called to check on when I could come pick up my truck. They now tell me possibly the middle of next week, that the shop got backed up and it's now delayed 5 more days. I guess my vehicle was moved down the priority list.I'm not sure if the vehicle was even in the shop to begin with? I live about 2 hours away and it's not easy for me to drive in and check on it. Strange times we live in.....

      Attempted to buy a truck from this dealership. Spoke to sales guy named " O". During process of filling application, I was told I either put up a $500 credit card deposit or they would sell truck to someone else. The sales manager told me it's there policy because in the midst of any deal, any sales person has the right to sell that vehicle. Is it just me or am I wrong? the sales manager should know which vehicles are being sought for customers after sales guy tells him my customer is filling out paperwork? According to this company running a credit card for 15 minutes is a must or they won't sell you a truck! Horrible management service. Stay Away!
