The owner or whoever is in charge there is rude and no help at all. He ignores you when you try to ask for help. The place is filthy. I would recommend the resource inn located behind this place. They are much better help and overall just better .

This is a terrible rv park. It is NOISEY and DISGUSTING. There is trash everywhere. I understand no one can control the wind that blows trash, but you won't see an employee out there even attempting to pick up trash. The parking lot also stays flooded even around the dumpsters. So when you put trash out, you'll likely be in Ankle deep water...The laundry room is crawling with germs & trash!! I refused to wash clothes in there. There's trash everywhere in there & the owners make no effort to clean any of it up!!! There's no telling last time the washers were cleaned. The WiFi also wouldn't reach in our camper. Don't waste your money paying $500 a month with "WiFi included" when WiFi is NOT included, or at least at our spot it wouldn't even pull up. Id have to drive to the office to get any WiFi signal. As far as I know, there are no rules or quiet time at night. Our neighbors constantly blared their stupid music all hours of the day and night and would start their loud truck and let it idle for about 30 minutes, leave for about 10 minutes then repeat. If you are a mom to a small child, you understand how important nap time is (or even bed time for your entire family!) & when there are no rules to the constant noise from people ALL day, everyday, it gets annoying super fast. It is not a family friendly or clean park. There are also 18 wheelers that drive through the parks driveway all day. Don't bring any issues you have to the owner; they just make excuses.

Not many places to stay in big lake, but room was clean and they do allow pets ($10 charge).
It's one of the cheaper places I found.
Has big closet, 55 in. Tv, microwave, and refrigerator...
Only bad thing was the room had a really weird smell!...Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
