Ive only visited this store once so i dont know if this is aleays the case but they overprice alot of stuff i sell stuff sometimes online but ive beign doing it for a while and i can price product really well based on their popularity, quality etc,but i went there to see if there was a good deal in the electronics section or something like that and i was surpriced of how many items where missing part but where still priced at,close to,or a little bit above the "fair price" they didnt had much to see either so my visit only took like 5-8 minutes bit the workers where nice and the place was organized so thats a plus.

This Goodwill is in an odd spot in a plaza that's half empty with out of business retail spaces. The sign for the store is not very visible if you're coming from the opposite side of the street. More visible is the amount of parked cars in the lot, where the other side is empty.
More peculiar is just in back of this Goodwill is a large Target in the next lot. If you can't find this Goodwill, find the Target as its in the same square lot.
When you walk into this Goodwill, you walk straight into the checkout area, where the friendly cashiers greet. They are young and upbeat. And so is the music that's playing which is better than the standard fare. This is a contrast to how tired some of the store looks. Maybe the sizes and types of clothing aren't the best laid out.
Despite the layout of the store also not being the best, with somewhat narrow rows, and carts that are too large for the space, there is good amenities at this Goodwill. There's enough carts right as you walk in (they have this tall antenna for security purposes). There's an easily accessible bathroom solidly in view. There's even a working water fountain. And three spacious fitting rooms with nice mirrors. Let down again by the lack of hanging space or a return rack, or a place to keep your cart out of the way. All contributing to an unsightly pile of return clothes.
Overall the selection was just ok, with some neat finds. I did come at the end of the week when most was probably picked over though. I might not go out of my way to visit this Goodwill again, but I wouldn't mind returning, as despite the disarray there was a friendly vibe and Target is just behind.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kelly S.Columbus, OH08Jun 5, 2023
Went to make a donation today. I had one small box of household items and 3 large bags of gently used clothing.
When I arrived at the Town and Country location donation door no one came out. I begin sitting the box inside the door and was told by the worker that I needed to pick it up and put it in the bin. She then looked at my car and saw the large bags of clothing and said "you're donating all that?" I responded yes and she said "I am not accepting large orders today."
Are you kidding me? A donation place turning down donations??
Goodwill clearly does not need donations so I will go a couple blocks further to VOA, where the staff is friendly and accommodating.
I called and spoke with the store manager who apologized and said this was not protocol. I have also called Goodwill cooperate office. Goodwill please teach your employees that they should not turn down donations when donations are your business!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Zoey J.Columbus, OH034Aug 12, 2019
Note to readers - the items for sale are used and donated !!!
For used and donated merchandise the items are way over priced.
Boxes of candles brand new marked $3.00 are priced $2.99 used - items which were normally 99 cents are now $2.99 and $3.99 - the items are way over priced for DONATED, USED, DIRTY, possibly stained or damaged items.
Then you are asked when checking out if you would like to "round up" - please realize that the prices have already been rounded up (way over priced).
Of course when purchasing, you are helping others, but why overprice items and take advantage of people (over pricing items) who are trying to help your cause.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mary B.Columbus, OH5915047Sep 18, 2018
I love thrifting and this location gets an a+. I dont go on weekends cause its so busy but during the week its great. I may be wrong but everything is priced the same for example purses are 3.99. Its also great for donations. You just pull up to side door and they unload.

While browsing the Goodwill website, I realized I hadn't been aware of this particular thrift store, probably because there wasn't a Yelp listing for it. I don't often go out this way, and as I was driving over, I was reminded of any number of poorer SoCal cities populated with strip malls (Downey, Buena Park, Artesia, Santa Ana, etc etc).
It's a pretty standard Goodwill -- seems a little bit smaller than some of the others in Columbus, but that also may be because of the narrowness of the building and the fluorescent overhead lighting. I wasn't particularly impressed by the selection of items, and wouldn't intentionally drive out of my way to visit this Goodwill location.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Tim R.Columbus, OH09Oct 5, 2016
This shop is located next to Victory Fitness Center across from Town and Country Shopping Center. It's also near a Target, which is funny since the Target closeouts get the most action. And by action, I mean a group of women who stand or sit in the back area, waiting to pounce as soon as the Target goods are brought out. Seriously, it's a sight to behold! I feel for the employees who are attacked by these waiting (loitering?) women who seem to work as a group, rushing the items and furiously grabbing clearance diapers, etc.
If you're lucky, you may get some of their rejects.
What's amazing is that the managers know this goes on and has been going on for months on the Target delivery day, but they do nothing about it. Talking to some other shoppers who marvel at this phenomenon, and it appears there's some gripes about the way merchandise is handled and that there have been complaints. Yeah, I can't believe it either. I don't know how other stores deal with the this, or if they have their own Target groupies, but I wish something would be done to stop this nonsense, as it makes it difficult to shop around all these loitering women. You can bet I won't be donating my extra change until this is cleaned up.
Oh, and watch out for that first dressing room. If you look up you can clearly see the security camera globe in the ceiling. So, does that mean they can see you undressing?
I don't mean to be all negative, but there's a few other things I've noticed. For example, whose idea was it to have dollar store items and ugly rugs added to the stores? Really? Those items sit there taking up space that could be used for recycled items. And, whoever started then abruptly stopped the everyday Senior discount deserves an award for 2nd worst idea of the year (see previous sentence for the 1st.) Did anyone think about how customers would react to cashiers when notified of the change?Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Trinity H.Whitehall, Columbus, OH464510Mar 23, 2016
Never too busy. Shoppable, but they never really have anything too grand. Occasionally a cool find or two. Smaller store than I'm used to seeing in a lot of Goodwill locations. That may also be why they seem so limited on what they have on the sales floor. Worth stopping in to see what's available, but I never really have high hopes when it comes to this particular Goodwill.

If I could rate zero I would. This was literally the worst Goodwill I have been in. I travel for work and visit thrift stores in new states weekly so my opinion is based on that.
