I came home from a short vacation and discovered tiny winged flies on the walls of my back bedroom. I soon discovered that they were coming through a hole they had made in the wall of the closet! I was terrified and panic-stricken!!! I had never seen anything like them before, so I sent a picture of them to my regular pest management company. "You have termites," they said, "and you need a special kind of pest management company to treat them." And after asking around, I found Good Life.

Good Life was absolutely magnificent!!! As soon as humanly possible Serge came out to do a complete inspection. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, Serge found where the insects were coming from and explained to me at length what needed to be done to solve the problem. I worked with Mary Hill in Good Life's office and she could not have been nicer or more helpful. We worked out the type of treatment, how it would work, when the management professional would come to do the work, and what I could expect during and after the treatment.

Three days later Vitale arrived right on time and spent the next several hours dealing not only with the termites but also with areas of dry rot that the inspector had found on the outside of the house. Everything was treated and repaired, not only thoroughly and efficiently, but also so attractively that now that everything has dried it is not possible to see the holes were drilled to put in the termite poison. There was no smell afterwards, and everything looks and feels great.

And not only was everything done on time --- the work also came in under budget. My panic had been for nothing! The full price was very, very reasonable.

This is a family business located in North Highlands, serving the whole Sacramento area. They are good people, intelligent, knowledgeable, and kind. They are willing to explain what they are going to do and what they've done. I got a top quality job at a very reasonable price, done quickly and efficiently by lovely people. I would call them again in a heartbeat!

Ricardo Cazares of Good Life Pest Solutions is great to work with. Very nice, punctual careful, thorough and professional. And he can do both termite and rodent inspections! He's earned my trust and continues to show why with every job. Six months ago he was careful, thorough and detail oriented enough to find a beetle infestation that another company had overlooked in the crawl space of a home that my clients wanted to buy, and even thought they sellers thought they were on the verge of having a clear pest report after another pest company had tented and fumigated the home to kill termites they'd seen, they had not fumigated it long enough to kill the beetles! So our inexpensive 2nd opinion inspection saved my clients at least $28k of repairs, not to mention the more extensive damage that would have accumulated over the years until another inspector went down in the crawl space. WOW!

This is a mid-point update on the pest saga at 2 houses:

Josh called me about my review. I do appreciate that he followed up. I had my Mother-In-Law call him and they arranged an appt to figure out the rat pheromone issue. Turns out, the HVAC company did something that cut off access to one side of the attic. So for an additional fee, they will put an access in and hopefully be able to clear out the smell - and rats, if there are any in there. That hasn't been done yet, so I will do another update after this.

I saw some cockroaches outside so I called for service to have them spray, and Josh called to make sure that the tech I got would check for anymore rat/squirrel/critter openings. They sent out Gene who was honestly way more knowledgeable and willing to do work than the other folks sent out before. He went ahead and got his ladder out, went onto the roof, poked around, checked the work that my husband did to close off access points, and even found another hole that was missed! He did great work and even extra-sealed off a spot that was already sealed (there was a small gap and he put in some building foam to make sure nothing was going to get in). I appreciate the fact that he was so thorough.

I've used Good Life Pest now for both a pest inspection, and to address a potentional rat problem in the attic. They have been very helpful and professional every step of the way. Just today they sent their tech, Joseph, for the first aspect of the rodent treatment, and I really enjoyed having Joseph over. He was friendly, thoughtful, helpful, informative, and a joy to talk to. On several points he went "above and beyond", and it seemed to me that he knew his craft well. He has a wonderful spirit too and it was really a pleasure to have him over. Based on all of this I've decided to engage them for regular pest service, and would recommend them to others.

He was here the next morning after we contacted GoodLife and he got the job done quickly. He asked all the right questions and understood our concerns about dealing with a small problem we saw ... a few ants that were disturbed or uncovered while doing some work outside the house yesterday. He was very sensitive to the fact there was some new construction work that had been done recently and clearly appreciated the need for the area to be treated with care while some of the materials set and dried.

Shopped around and found Good Life Pest Solutions. Best Pricing and service hands down! So far this has been a five star experience!

The first time they came out was to take care of an inside ant issue. I was told they product was really good and if I saw ants again in a month, they would come back as a courtesy. Two days prior to the month, I started seeing ants again. The gentleman who came out then was Joeseph. He was very informative, listened, and thoroughly sprayed inside and outside.
Unfortunately, less than week later ants came back. Joseph came back again and used a more potent product. We shall see if this product works.
Right now, I am saying their product sucks, but the customer service from Joesph is a ten!

I was cleaning out the garage and found mice droppings so I called Good Life Pest Solutions. Igor stopped by and set out mouse traps, he also went around the garage with me and showed me how the mice were getting in. Turns out it was through the door sweep that the mice had chewed through. He installed a new door sweep and then went around the house to make sure there were no more areas that mice could have access to.
I will be signing up for their pest control service this week and if you want someone you can trust to take care of your home, give them a call!

Great service feel confident a these rats will be gone soon. On time, good listener, fast worker.

The team was very responsive and Igor came out right away and did the extra spray for ants. He was incredibly thorough.
