Once again, Tovia at Gold Watch has taken care of both me as well as my wife. Under no obligatio, he and Gold Watch sent return shipping labels to allow me to send them watches for bracelet adjustment, and return to me. I have purchased several Rolex watches from them over the years, and considering quality and superior customer service, I highly recommend them.

I've known the owner for years...Totally reputable, quality watches & will stand behind what they sell!

This company sold me a Rolex they claim was brand new and it was not they also claimed it was certified and they came with no certification. Now I can't resell it and the owner is a real scumbag bag

I bought 2 Rolex from gold watch co (president, Daytona)I was really uncomfortable and scared spending more than 65k on a transaction over the internet. However the watches looked original and authentic on their website and the prices were really tentative so I moved forward. Tovia and Dennis made the whole process faster and easy, and I got my watches the next day, I'm very happy with my purchased and will highly recommend them.

Stumbled upon this internet store while browsing for a used Rolex watch for my husband . I was very pleased with the ease of using their website and the " chat " version .

I was able to chat with Kevin and I told him what type of Rolex I wanted and how much I could spend . Kevin immediately picked out the " best " watch , ie newness and condition out of a ton of watches he had listed and helped me purchase it right there and then . I was able to use a credit card through PayPal which made me feel more comfortable as a consumer and encouraged me to have the watch checked out by my local Rolex dealer upon arrival

The watch arrived by fed ex as promised within two days . Everything I needed was included and more . The watch was perfect and passed authentication with flying colors . As a new internet buyer of an expensive item I went for this extra step which was entirely due to me and nothing to do with the Gold watch company . My local Rolex dealer told me " I did great " with this purchase which saved me over $4000 for a watch which is literally a year old and looks brand new .

STAY AWAY from this company, they're a bunch of scammers! I was buying a watch from them on chrono24, it takes them over 24 hours to make a response to any message. They agree to the sale and then I go to purchase and they raise their price $2000. When I respond to their message they then decline the correct amount and ignore the message. They have wasted my time for over a week and a half trying to buy a watch for my husband for our 10th anniversary. Thanks for your terrible service, you're the worst jeweler I have ever encountered. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!! If I could give you negative stars I would.

After searching for a specific Rolex Datejust for 5 weeks, I was shocked to see it one day on Gold Watch Co's website. I immediately called their team and Moshe walked me through all the details - unworn, authentic, all the expected features, etc. I explained that I wanted to wear this at a wedding this weekend and he moved mountains to have the watch overnighted to me in Los Angeles. The watch arrived as advertised and in perfect condition. Couldn't have been a better experience. Highly recommend working with Moshe and Gold Watch Co.

Tried to buy an explorer 214270 from Gold Watch Co. The experience was seamless, fast, and painless receiving the watch. Did the direct wire route which was the fastest. Dennis was very responsive and did his best to reassure me about the watch and their business practices.

When I received the watch everything looked great! or at least I thought until my horologist inspected it. There were 2 minor issues with the watch and I would've kept it regardless of the issues. However, there was a 3rd issue which was a major issue according to my horologist which he recommended me to send back. I took his advice and sent it back.

Gold Watch Co was kind enough to give me a full refund after some discussion. The process to pay and receive the watch was faster than to send the watch back and to receive a full refund. That is my only complaint.

Overall, I am sad I was not able to get the time piece the way I wanted it and also sad that I had to refund the watch. I will definitely keep my eye out on their inventory for any time piece that catches my eye.
