Gold Country Garage Doors

I had a great experience with Jon and Gold Country Doors.
I got half of the garage hung up on stuff and it popped the cable off on the other side. Easy fix for someone who knows how to but I don't.
The great thing about Jon was he answered the phone, understood the problem, and worked me in the same day.
He was communicative when he was running a little late from his last job.
He was very reasonable on price when he could have raked me over the coals being in the situation I was in.
I have his number next to my garage door opener now and I would recommend you do the same.

My garage door torsion spring snapped. I called and Jon responded super fast. He was here the next day and finished the job in about 30 minutes. He was very polite and obviously knows his stuff. I highly recommend Jon if you need quick and courteous service.

Jon was great to work with. They were able to match our door. They replaced in about two hours once it was shipped in from manufacturer. Highly recommend them if you need a door replaced or repaired.

Jon installed my new garage doors on my new construction and pointed out some scratches from the manufacturer out the box. He stated it was unacceptable will contact the manufacturer to get replacements. Wish I could give him 6 stars!

About 5 years ago we had our garage doors installed by another company. They never worked great from the start. We were always having some sort if issue with them, to the point we thought something was going to break when they closed and the rollers were falling off. We called GCG, he came out, assessed the situation, showed us everything that was installed incorrectly and got right to work. He explained the "why's" and "how's" as he did it. In just a short time he was done. Now, our garage doors move smoother, quieter and better than they did from day 1. Will will definitely use GCG for all of our needs from now on.

John was referred to me by a neighbor. He proved to be better than I expected. John quoted me a price over the phone for a broken spring and there were no surprises when he was done. He showed up on time, was very friendly, professional and got right to work. This is the guy you want when you need a new garage door or service on your old door. A Torsion spring broke on our garage door. After checking out what new springs cost (thinking I would replace them myself) I called Jon at Gold Country. He gave me a quote over the phone that wasn't that much more than the parts to make the repairs and he could do it that afternoon. Great service! Great workmanship!

Recently, my Chamberlain garage door opener stopped closing when I pushed any buttons. It would OPEN okay. I called Jon at Gold Country Garage Doors and explained to him what was happening.
Within a few short minutes he was able to determine that I had developed a short in a wire inside my garage wall.
New wires were run, and my opener is working like new!!
I should note that Jon originally installed the opener back in 2015. He was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced 'way back then' and he is even better today!
He is the only one I will call when I have issues with garage door or opener.
