Get Wired 2

Not impressed. We set up an appointment with Frank to come to our house to look at our electrical panel after we had some water come through the conduit into it on July 4th. Talked to him about it a couple times and finally confirmed he would be at our house at 7 am this morning. At 7:30, we called and asked him where he was and he told us he forgot and wanted us to wait another 30 minutes for him or reschedule for tomorrow. He didn't even apologize. We had taken time off of work for the appointment. We said, no thanks. He isn't reliable.

Frank and his crew did a phenomenal job of installing our whole home generator and upgrading our electric service. Other companies were giving us a wait time of over a month just for an estimate, Frank returned our query within a day, explained the procedure and gave us a fair, itemized estimate quickly. Get Wired 2 kept in contact with us during the process of installation and inspections and was super precise that the process was accomplished timely and orderly. Their work is clean, professional, and done with a friendly smile. It doesn't get any better than this!

Frank of Get Wired 2 has completed quite a bit of work at my home this year. From the fixing / installation of numerous switches, installation / rewiring of room fans, fixing exterior conduits, installation of exterior lighting, rewiring rooms, and more. In my opinion, there isn t anything he couldn t do...and do properly. Frank is very honest, extremely thorough, and trust worthy. If you are looking for a SOLID electrician that will get things done properly, the first time, I would highly recommend Get Wired 2.

We have worked with GetWired2 three times in the past two years and every time Frank has been responsive, professional, and done an excellent job. We had two outdoor lights that needed to be fixed, a doorbell that needed to be replaces, two indoor wall heaters that weren't working (one was a wiring issue and the other a faulty breaker). Frank also installed a new ceiling fan/light in the living room area. On another visit he wired in a new bathroom exhaust fan and light and a new electric wall heater. Frank was meticulous in pointing out where improvements could be made as well as noting several places where we could save money and still get the quality and good results we desired. Finally, today he came by on very short notice and made some updates to the electrical panel in preparation for home inspection for a sale. He always explains everything he is doing and shows you how to maintain everything in good working order.

Get Wired 2 did some of those DIY little jobs that we have never gotten around to doing ourselves (because we're useless at that stuff): installed new ceiling fan, replaced defunct outdoor porch lights, replaced broken doorbell. It went great! The work was completed in good time and with excellent quality. Frank was professional, communicative and personable. Will definitely hire again.
