Lots of talk and Internet banter, no delivery when you engage George to actually get something done.

George is not an attorney or a lawyer. He is a Patent Agent.

I needed a patent agent or attorney for my inventions. I had hoped that I could find a smart, professional, fair-priced, and hard-working attorney that I could initiate a long-term professional relationship with. I expected I would ultimately outlay $20,000, $30,000, or even more for services over the next couple of years. However, engaging him was a waste of my time.

After an OK start with minimal talk, George came back with promise after promise that he would get back to me. It was like pulling teeth to get him to call back. He would make promises and then disappear into the "cloud." I ultimately realized what, in my opinion, is his game: Blog, blog, blog. Talk, talk, talk. Pitch, pitch, pitch. Then, sign up less sophisticated customers, who don't ask questions, for quick turn-around money. He is smart enough, but I would be surprised if many clients ultimately benefit much from his intelligence.

Me & a business partner used George's professional Patent Agent services to attain a U.S. Patent on a Safety Device with ALL the protection we originally sought from the get go....thus the 5 STAR rating. This was accomplished in a timely manner when considering how long the patent process usually takes. Our process took approx. 5 years to complete, approx. the last 4 years of it spent with George's help. George White is clearly very skilled & experienced in his field of work as a Patent Agent. Over the course of 4 years, we did have a time or two where there were delayed communications coming back from George's office but they were explained, & corrected, nothing even close to warrant dropping his services. Obviously nothing is 'guaranteed' when seeking a patent, but from my first meeting with George to the finished filings for our Patent Issue fees, he has been professional & very helpful, making our patent process fairly streamlined & seemingly easy, even though the process is far from 'actually' easy. If you are seeking a patent, I highly recommend his services for his friendly professionalism, experience, helpful nature, & cost effective services, especially relative to using a patent Attorney. No matter what, you must have your ducks in a row when seeking a patent, no matter who you procure for help, & patience is mandatory for this process. The previous review here does not reflect anything that we experienced while working with George.
