Worst possible experience here for a first time buyer such as myself. Completely unprofessional & undeniably vague with information regarding car purchase. Once there for purchasing ,paperwork requirements changed drastically. Owner was most definitely not looking to sell a car to such a younger audience as myself, regardless of my income & finances. Will not be returning nor will I be recommending this place to anyone.

On April 25th I purchased a 2004 F150 4.6L from Garza Auto and Truck and got an awesome price on the vehicle and great customer service. I live in north San Antonio and one of the Garza brothers drove the truck all the way to my house after the purchase in the middle of rush hour traffic, as I had driven down to look at the truck. Hugo was a great guy to work with, he had a carfax in hand when I showed up to look at the truck, and he even mailed me the license plates as a convenience. It's over a month later and I still can't believe what a great deal I got and how nice the guys were at Garza Auto and Truck.

I had the worst exsprience ever , this car dealer ship will scam you. They by there cars from auctions so they look like they only have one owner. They will let you take the car home and then call you back and say you didn't go threw you come back to see what's going on and they keep your down payment. This is a scam dealer ship do not buy from here , the cops that tended us said we aren't the first to have this problem and we sure won't be the last.

After going to look at a used car that I saw on Craig's list that ended up being completly misrepresented, my husband and I were looking at another. We were looking for our 17 years olds first car that he was paying for himself. After finding a fairly good looking Nissan Sentra which the manager at Garza said he had been driving around and put 3000 of his own miles on we took it out for a test drive. It seemed to be pretty ok without it being officially looked at by a mechanic, which I should have insisted on (because after purchase, ended up putting an additional $1600 into it). Used cars, I get it. When I was negotiating the price, the manager kept looking over at my husband. He was not doing the deal, I was. It was obvious that he had a hard time dealing with a woman. After all was signed, we were informed it would be about a month before the TTL would come in. So almost to the day, a month later I called. He then informed me that there was a piece of paper that did not get signed correctly at the auction, so he wasn't sure when he would get that back. I informed him that was not my problem. He proceeded to say something about a year and when I inquired about it, he changed the subject and refused to answer me. I asked him what happens when my son's temporay tag expires, what would I do then. He said to come back in and he would give me another one. I told him that was not good enough. I also informed him that he had some calls to make. That was 3 weeks ago. I called today (8.9.16) and after introducing myself, he would not answer me. I could hear background noise and I could hear him breathing, so I know the call was still connected. I said hello a few more times and he still wouldn't answer me. I said that's fine, my next calls were to the police and to my lawyer. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE. I'm not sure that my son's car isn't stolen property. As I said, my next phone call is to the police.
