Garden's Day Spa

Seriously.
Wow, words cannot describe.

This is one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had. They charge a massage rate for every minute you're there, but will put their clients in the hot tub and in a massage chair for most of the time. When you do get a massage, it's mediocre at best. Total massage time was about 40 minutes while my total bill was over $250. I will never go back and warn others about their highly unethical pricing structure.

Have to agree! I was in town for a few days and wanted to have a relaxing spa day. Called to set up some appointments, but was very confused by the booking system. I am actually a spa manager where we book appointment times by services. I wanted to view the facility since the website showed only outside garden pictures. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to the property. When I got there no one answered the door so I called explaining that I was outside and would like a tour and to set up some future appointments. The woman on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and refused to open the door much less give us a tour and let us view the property. So all we saw was a broken down fountain with a can of Dr. Pepper floating in it and a poorly kept garden. Not to mention the barking dogs in the back yard, doesn't seem very relaxing.
This place seemed very SKETCHY!!! Sounds like some woman running a scam out of her house. I wouldn't recommend even wasting your time calling!

If it was possible to give a negative star rating I would. This place is a complete scam! A girlfriend and I decided that we needed a girls day so we called to get some information. We were told that since the 2 of us were coming together that we could do the couples package and it would be $150 in total. To shorten this review a little, we were basically made to sit in massage chairs that were lower quality than anything I've experienced in a nail salon... One of the chairs actually squeezed my legs so hard I had bruises for 2 weeks. The only actual "massage" consisted of this women asking us to first bath in her bath tub, complete with Walmart brand bubble bath before she slapped lotion on us in the same fashion that a toddler finger paints. Not only was this a horrible experience but when it came time to pay she expected us to pay $200 each. And although neither me or my friend are lesbians, I still find it highly offensive when negative comments are made about someone's sexual preference. This women is NOT LGBT friendly based off of the remarks made to me and my friend as we were leaving. I seriously don't know how this place is still open.
