I would've given this a five star, except that the three flights of stairs, going up to it as a walk up do detract from it's allure. Heather gave such an excellent haircut that even if I were to skip an appointment, my hair will grow out perfectly.

Went to Jen for a brazilian and she is sooo sweet!!! I love her she's super comforting and she is super fast + efficient. Literally took 10 mins for my 2nd time. 10/10 experience

I want so badly to write a positive review but I just can't. I only gave this two stars because of the kindness of the people who work there and credited my money back so quickly.

I received a manicure from My and she rushed like no other. After filing and getting (some) of the deadskin off of one hand, I told her there was still more. She then went back and failed to get it all. I was high irritated at what was happening and so I went and got my money back. The ladies at the reception desk were so kind and I thank them for that.

Overall, just was not a great experience at all. It was actually the worst I have ever gotten my nails done because it doesn't even look like I went to a professional.

I've been here a few times for a trim or a touch up on my hair - and had a good experience HOWEVER I would not go there for any sort of coloring or correction. I am not one to complain but I went in for a drop root and to brighten up an old balayage and ended up with two toned hair after 5.5 hours of toning and bleaching. I had black roots and pink yellow blonde hair... and some interesting sloppy black stripes on the " blonde" in the back. I've never seen worse work, and to try to charge 200 for it - outrageous. I do not recommend coming here for any sort of color, toning or anything more than a cut.

Really kind employees but I've never had so much skin ripped off and I've been getting my eyebrows done since I was 12! It burns a lot and where the skin was ripped off there wasn't even hair there before.

Location is pristine for students on campus, and they do everything here. Was busy over winter break so I came here to get a haircut. It was quiet and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Won't mention the hairdresser because I don't think it matters much but I care very much about my hair and I am not happy with the cut. It is much shorter than I asked and I seriously look like a kid..Layers are barely noticeable and my hair is just chunky.

Do NOT come here for haircuts..I sure won't be back ever again....

Really great haircut by Tammy! The ambiance was great and everyone was nice and helpful. I do recommend getting an appointment and trying to be there when there is little rush as I did, since it allows them to spend proportionately larger time and focus on you. Tammy spent a good upwards of an hour to make sure I got a symmetrical cut. She kept asking me what I would like for each section she cut and had me on board for the whole process.
Great experience. Would recommend knowing beforehand exactly what you want out of your haircut and they can help you better.

went to Kristi for a balayage and cut. i've been looking for a new place in syracuse to keep up my color. so pleased! the cut is better than expected and the color is PERFECT. exactly what i've been looking for. I wanted an icy cool blonde and medium length bob that's pretty short in back. so happy with how it turned out

I went for a haircut on a Tuesday afternoon, called in beforehand.
Was given time with Jess or Jaz as I was told by the person on the counter. I requested the person to clean her equipment which she plain refused to ( although the previous person had left moments ago and no human could possibly clean the equipment in the time that had passed).
I requested to cut the uneven hair and edges on the back and over my ears, after she completed the haircut in under 10 minutes the whole time acting irritated and blazing through the whole thing. She said if I don't want her uncleaned trimmer, it will not be possible
I settled on getting the side burns cut leaving extremely uneven hair at the back.
Easily my worst experience at a barbershop/hair salon

Equipment is 'sanitized' in a jug of antifungal and used repeatedly on different clients. Small gel polish selection. Employees are decent but some are rude and it is clear they don't care much. Not worth the money.
