You can't dream of a better fusion food truck! Tacos, burritos, and burgers... all with an Asian/Korean twist!!! The food is window walk up food truck style and the venue is Hank's Hair of The Dog Saloon!! The service for drinks and table busing it fast and kind.

This is a MUST stop in Key West!!

This was super disappointing. It had great reviews so we stopped in...this is a trend in Key West, almost everything has 4+ stars...sigh.

We stopped in for lunch and had their fish burrito. It was poorly wrapped and dripping / soggy. It was dripping, yet the burrito and fish itself was dry af! That must be hard to accomplish, a dripping burrito with its contents dry! The burrito was so lacking in flavor we ate part of it and left. ($45 mistake coming here btw...but counting the beers I bought) This is a recurring theme in Key West...ridiculous prices for below par food...as if I'm at Disneyland or a ball game. I can only assume that the southerners that frequent this town don't know wtf "good" is!

My boyfriend's friends and I went to stop by Garbos' after a day of snorkeling. We were really hungry afterwards so it was nice having a hearty meal after a day of fun.

I got their Umami burger and it was alright. It was a yummy burger but nothing stood out to me. My boyfriend got the Korean BBQ burrito. He really enjoyed it! My boyfriend's friends got the happy hour deal and they each got three tacos. I would go back to try their happy hour deal! The one thing I recommend from Garbos' is their key lime pie! It's very good. I'm not the biggest fan of key lime pies because most pies have an overwhelming taste of lime and sugar. It has a good balance of lime and sweetness.

I'm not sure if there's indoor seating because we sat outside and a majority of the tables are outside. It was very relaxing to sit outside under a canopy. There's also live music further down and an indoor bar. The service was also great! I would definitely go back to enjoy the beachy vibes, happy hour deals, and their key lime pies!

Guy Fieri was spot on when he tried this food truck and said it was a must eat joint! Located at hanks dog friendly bar, this food truck is turning out the best and freshest fish tacos you can get. We enjoyed the mahi, pineapple slaw and paprika aioli and wanted a million more. This is a popular spot so depending on when you stop by will dictate table availability. They have live music most days to my knowledge and again it's dog friendly so bring your pups! Service is great and given with a smile. This is a must try food truck! The history behind this spot is really rich so I recommend going on the "Key West Historic Seaport Food Tasting and Cultural Walking Tour" and book with mark! You won't be disappointed.

This lived up to the hype. Wandered here solo mid day for a pick me up. Had no idea it was on dinners drive in and dives, and WOAH- flavor overload in the best way. I was shocked that the Korean bbq was my favorite out of the trio it was unreal. $11 for 3 tacos during happy hour 4-6

Drive by, cute and quaint, out of the hustle of Key West. Good food, relaxed atmosphere.

The food continues to be excellent. We come here every year. The Yum Yum shrimp is perfectly cooked and tastefully spicy. The lobster roll was on a perfect bun and loaded with fresh and tasty lobster.

Awesome service and live music ! Food truck service but tons of seats to relax at. The serving sizes are huge and you are sure to leave full and happy. The burger was very flavorful and a lot bigger and better than I expected. They also have a happy hour twice a day for food and drinks!

A permanent food truck nestled behind "Hanks Hair of the Dog", awesome name by the way, has a limited menu. However the items on the menu were yummy!

We ordered the YUM YUM SHRIMP and CAYO FISH tacos. Get the two tacos for a $1 more. Both tacos were stuffed flavorful ingredients.

YUM YUM SHRIMP here large and were seasoned and blackened. Get the two different styles of toppings.

CAYO Fish, made with Mahi-Mahi fillets, were meaty and moist.

Both 4.5 Stars. Both satisfied our hunger. Will definitely come back to try their other selections. Also, don't inhale the food - you will truly appreciate the flavors of the ingredients. We made that mistake by gulping them down to quick

Next time we will their hotdogs and sandwiches

Great Mahi Taco with Jalapeño & Cilantro ...just needed a tad more sea salt to taste for me. Loved the atmosphere. Paired it with a 50% off Key Lime Mimosa. Everyone was so nice. Great spot!
