WoW just WoW!!! Today I went to my storage space and literally was accosted by the "manager." She was rude, disrespectful and needs to remember that we don't have to use their goods. I admit I was parked a little precariously and instead of asking me to move she started attacking me for how I parked. When I pointed out that the other people were parked the wrong way she said, "I don't care how they are parked you need to move." The other people with me were also appalled by her behavior and talked about how she could have been more respectful and/or business like.

On the positive side the place is clean and prices are comparable.

Unfortunately for them customer service out weighs price & cleanliness, we will take our business elsewhere.

Horrible service. They overcharged me and refuse to refund me. Tell me I have to bring in proof and talk to a manager. I am more willing to do that but the manager never seems to be around. How about you recognize the discrepancy I outlined to you and you do the right thing. It's almost worth losing the $40 they overcharged me just to not have to deal with them anymore.

I was a good tenant for more than a year, my payment was on auto pay $69/month for a small 5X12 unit. I had a few remaining things of my deceased Fathers to get out of this Rancho Gabriella storage. My kids are in college and when they could help me move it was unexpected so on Saturday on 5/2 we move it out and I called and left a message I was out, and I was charged for the whole month. She said I needed to give a 10 day notice. That's poor customer service and stealing because she could have rented and double dipped. Also I had to leave to go use a bathroom because their bathroom closed due to "hard to find toilet paper". Costco already had an abundance. Owner is cheap. I should donate toilet paper.

If I could give it a minus one I would. Have two storage units and RV spot reserved, was notified two months later I need to move my RV because she was not showing it as rented. I provided paperwork from them with there letterhead reflecting I had a RV spot and the error was on there part. The owner immediately got mad and started yelling at me, told me to get my RV out and hung up in me.

I've read the older reviews and I didn't have the same experience. They probably hired new staff since 2015-2016. I rented a unit, paid the amount. Really easy, clean and they'll recommend which type of lock works best. They broke down the numbers to me because you pay per month. I would recommend to use them, at least now a days.

I'm giving this review one star only because I have to I am definitely not pleased with this storage facility if you try to get a hold of somebody after hours it is impossible and now two months in a row they have taken money out of my bank account but it does not reflect on my account with the mini storage $176. To be exact every time I speak with somebody they tell me there's nothing they can do to call back tomorrow in the meantime I have $176 unaccounted for even though my bank statement shows that they have my money I do not recommend the storage units anyone

Wonderful to work with, easy to auto-pay! Units are clean and the facility is well kept. It's super secure and access is very simple.

Don't pay ahead due to they won't pro-rate the storage unit..... I paid a month in advance and they didn't reimburse me for paying in advance. Bad business!!! Poor in customer service!! Do the right thing goes a long way!
