G. Detou

I know the "mothership" in Paris better than this store, but it's the same concept: "I have everything" ("j'ai de tout") - a lot of the ingredients and foodstuffs that are hard to get, you can probably get here. Including lots of chemicals for molecular gastronomy, if that is your thing.

Alas, I live close to Bahadourian, so I can get most of my exotic foods there, but still, it's a great store for when you need something special.
