Fuji Sushi & Hibachi Steak House

Would give more stars if possible. This has been hands down my favorite sushi place since I first tried it. Definitely go for lunch as their specials are amazing. Try the pick 2 rolls or pick 3 if you're really hungry. Personally I love the teriyaki bento box. You get teriyaki chicken, 6pieces of California roll, fried rice, and half an orange. You also choose a side salad or soup. So good! I've never tried the hibachi but it looks like a lot of fun!

The best of two worlds; exciting Teppanyaki with talented chefs slicing and dicing for your fun. Secondary they have a quiet dining area with large comfortable booths. This is so incredible. Wonderful menu: both Sashimi and Sushi. Many choices. My husband not keen on sushi but he loves their Chicken Teriyaki!

Went for lunch and it was great. We got there right at open and only waited about 30 minutes for our table to fill up. We enjoyed our hibachi very much. The servings were plentiful and my picky eater was satisfied. Our chef was great and put on a good show. All the food was delicious and cooked perfectly. We have always enjoyed this location for lunch.

My review is for sushi only. I must say this was a pleasant sushi surprise. I came in with my niece to spoil her a bit and we did not leave disappointed.

We ordered 4 rolls (sorry don't remember any names) but they were all delicious. Rice is well seasoned and the fish was all tasty.

Their variety on the menu was vast. Definitely something for everyone.

I had noticed that the appetizers offered fried scallops which I love. I asked the waitress if the chef could make a roll with the scallops. They figured it out and made a delicious roll. I appreciate them accommodating me.

We'll definitely make this a tradition when I come to visit. Good job.

A rock solid standard hibachi spot. If you've ever been to a hibachi place before then your expectations will be met. Food was good, the show was slightly underwhelming, but I don't care about that. The fried rice and yum yum sauce was a solid 4/5. Prices were a bit high, but not a big deal. The cooking of the proteins was less than ideal, but again not a huge deal. It's not the best tasting hibachi I've ever had, but if I'm ever in Muncie again and need a hibachi place this will be the spot I go to. I know this sounds like a negative review, but it's not. I enjoyed my visit and the food was tasty. I'm just a hibachi enthusiast, so I can be picky.

Great show brings out the playful in even the most serious teenager. Food was excellent as well. We had a great night to celebrate our daughters birthday.

This is one of those places you go for a special occasion. There is a lot of fun in the hibachi show. On this occasion..,the show might not have been the best. However it fit the bill for our birthday celebration.

The soup that came with the meal was fairly standard to what you would expect. Nothing outstanding. The salad was nice. It didn't have a strong Asian ginger type zing. The dressing was a bit more creamy than you might find at other places...but it was good.

I had the steak stir fry. The steak was nicely cooked though it didn't have any or much marinated flavor. The rice and vegetables were cooked like you would expect.

Give Fugi a try if you like hibachi!

Rice was bland. No flavor. Steak was tough. Also..Be careful of the added service charge. They added a 18% service charge, and then when the check comes, they want to mislead you into adding a tip on the service charge already added.

Been only a month since last review of this place and was back.. again meal was delicious,no complaints except one,the sake isn't as strong as ive had elsewhere definitely so opted out this time and it's a shame because i do like it when meets my standards, but the food was perfect,and my party of 7 all agreed also

The food is amazing and very authentic the only thing is it is so pricey. The service is super great they are really nice and sweet. the look of the place is really cool I also loooove the hibachi. I recomend this place for a date or nice family dinner.

I had their Cali rolls. The green goo was good. California Roll came in three. Wasabi was hot.
