FTS Auto Repair

My Dad always told me, if you don't know your car know your mechanic. I have been a customer of FTS Auto for over 12 years. Joe and Nick Dimaio know how to take care of their customers. I took my Honda in for its 100k mile tune up and after running the diagnostics, found nothing wrong with the car. One of the technicians even drove it to make sure. As a woman who is clueless about what's happening under the hood of my car, any other auto shop could have taken advantage of me and charged me for things I didn't need. I am so thankful to FTS Auto for being so trustworthy and full of integrity. I highly recommend them!

My husband has a 71 chevelle that needed some attention. It was a bit nerve wracking to find a shop that could help us but he did some research and landing on FTS and we're glad he did! The work was done quickly and expertly and we're very excited to have found a shop that can continue to help us as we all know classic cars need all the love!

It's really rare to find an autoshop these days that won't try to nickel and dime you or tell you that your car suddenly has multiple issues that need to be addressed immediately. I brought my car in for an oil leak inspection and the mechanics laid out the issues to me and showed me where the leaks were coming from. They were upfront about the cost and their recommendations and didn't try to sway me in any direction. I was prepared for them to try and push for expensive repairs, but I was met with honest service. I felt comfortable talking to the mechanics and making a decision based on their recommendations. I would highly recommend this autoshop, otherwise I wouldn't have written a review lol.

I've been going here for years. I can't take my cars anywhere else. Today, they took care of my mom's car. This is the only place trust to be honest with everyone especially the elderly.

I lost my long time mechanic and was recommend to FTS. I have a Toyota Camry that has a few years on it, FTS has been able to fix any problems I have and the car is running great. I have talked with Joe and he has been great on fitting me into a schedule to have repairs done. Thank you for the great service.

This morning we had a appointment to do a electronic ignition conversion on the distributor at FTS the lead mechanic Mike is the man over there with 40 years the working on classic cars.To the whole crew over there keep doing what you're doing and take care of folks and you will see the return also, a shout out to Mark GO RAIDERS

We discovered FTS Auto Repair back in 2017. They helped us with our brakes and some other issues we were having with our car. After that we quit taking our cars to the dealership. Nick is the best!! He's friendly, honest and super helpful. Each time we've taken our car in, we've gotten the best service. Their rates are much lower than the dealership. They do quality work. Which you don't see much of these days. Our cars have always been repaired right the first time. I can't say enough good things about them. You'll have to take your car there and find out for yourself!!

We live in Kearny Mesa, which translates roughly to "the land of car repair shops". Competition in the area is fierce, and over the years we have given a bunch of different establishments our business, but never were really confident that we were getting an honest assessment or an honest price. Ten years ago, a coworker recommended FTS, and we haven't used anyone BUT FTS since. This is a no-nonsense shop that focuses on keeping your vehicle in superb running condition at a reasonable price. We've got our kids using them too, now, so two happy generations of consumers.

This place is fantastic! They have always been honest and upfront with me and get the job done quickly. I brought my car into the dealership for an estimate when it was making a funky noise and they came up with a wide range of things that "needed fixing" and estimated it at $3k. I brought it to FTS and they figured out it was just that the rubber gasket on the hood prop rod had come off. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else in SD.

My family & I have been coming here for years. I'm thankful for Nick, Joe, and their team for taking care of the auto needs for all the cars we've had over the years. Oil changes, alignments, breaks, & all other car maintenance. Thank you FTS!!
