Fritz Law Group - Patent Jack

This is my 2nd review for Jack Fritz and it is another 5 star experience (if you do not see my 1st review check at the bottom for "Not Recommended Reviews" - it is currently placed in there for some god awful Yelp software reason).

The update is: I have won my trademark!!! Mr. Fritz called me and invited me to his new office in a gorgeous and lush workspace. He presented the certificate to me and was so happy and proud of our success, he even took a picture with me and my product.

We then discussed how to have the perpetrator remove their infringement and he sent me all the links & directions right then and there. We discussed other options and made plans to work together on some more legitimizing of my nonprofit.

I feel I am in such good hands with Jack Fritz, I love having a young, smiling, eager lawyer: always prepared, always aware of the situation, facts, and updates. He reads my emails and responds to my texts with very short turn around time.

I have been working with Jack since early 2018. He helped me register 4 trademarks. A few bumps here and there in communications with him but in general he was very helpful and professional. He is a knowledgable and honest lawyer who pays attention to details. Also, his service is quite affordable. I recommend Jack for any trademark-related work.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the services provided by Jack Fritz. My experience with him as a trademark lawyer has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional.

Several years ago, I entrusted Jack with the task of registering a trademark on my behalf. To my dismay, I discovered that he had completely forgotten to initiate the registration process. It was only when I reached out to follow up after six months that he acknowledged his oversight and offered a 50% discount on my next registration. However, even this discount was forgotten until I reminded him, which further highlights his lack of attention to detail and reliability.

In my opinion, Jack has demonstrated himself to be wholly unreliable at best. His failure to follow through on important tasks and commitments is unacceptable. As a professional in his field, one would expect him to treat his clients with the utmost care and diligence. Unfortunately, my experience with him was far from satisfactory.

Subsequently, I decided to seek the services of another patent lawyer who proved to be a stark contrast to Jack. This new lawyer exhibited genuine attentiveness and dedication to all my trademark filings. They demonstrated what it truly means to represent clients properly and professionally, which only emphasized the stark difference between their approach and Jack's lackluster service.

It is disheartening to receive an email from Jack today, urging me to renew my trademark. After the disappointing experience I had with him, there is no chance I would consider entrusting him with any further legal matters.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against seeking Jack Fritz's services. He failed to fulfill his responsibilities, treated me with negligence, and proved himself to be unreliable. Moving on to a more competent and diligent lawyer has made me realize just how bad my experience with Jack truly was.

Before finding Jack, I had spoken to two other attorneys about my Patent, concerns and issues. The other attorneys talked for a long time, but they never really seemed to answer my questions directly and to a satisfactory level. Jack was very specific about answering each of my questions directly, both on the phone and in writing. I asked him 20 questions in writing, and he dressed each one with clarity that I had not gotten from the other attorneys. He also offered valuable advice regarding my issues. Jack was also responsive when I emailed him or placed a call to him. On top of that, he's a pleasure to work with.

We don't call him Action Jackson for nothing. Excellent work and service! He is ready to get you filed.

Felt compelled to write this review immediately after my phone conversation with Jack.

It's people like Jack who deserve true success. I believe the epitome of a good [lasting] business is their practice, which can range from customer service to quality to employees.

I set up a free consultation call on their website which was a super easy, streamline process. They had one available two days out. I was also able to set up a reminder which linked to my Google Calendar, something I can't live without because I tend to forget things due to my busy schedule. The reminder states, "Attorney will CALL You." Then it gives you links to either cancel or reschedule the call, all in the description! Absolutely love it.

We started the convo off discussing my business and concerns, to which Jack brought up a case that was very similar. Kudos for being in the know. I never felt rushed or as if Jack was withholding any information, he was completely honest, transparent, well versed in his field, had tons of knowledge, used terms that made me feel smarter for learning them, and went above and beyond my expectations.

I met with another firm prior to Fritz Law, and let me just tell you- it allowed me to recognize the importance of "shopping around." I completely trust Jack and I barely had my first conversation with him today!

Before ending the call he said, "feel free to set up another call via the website if you have any follow up questions, or e-mail me." And advised it was his duty to help.

I was pretty nervous about doing my first trademark by myself. Jack came recommended by quite a few friends, and has been really great from start to finish with both my trademark application and also in negotiating when an opposition came up.

I set up a free consultation via his website. He listened to my situation and then presented me with all my options, as well as emailing me a follow up of everything we talked about, which was really helpful.

His flat fee service for trademark filings made it really reasonable to have a pro babysit my application all the way through.

Everything was going smoothly when the TESS informed us that there was an opposition. Jack quickly and amiably reached out to the opposition and negotiated a settlement that I feel left both parties feeling like they won something. I'm really pleased we were able to avoid any long drawn out legal proceedings and still come out winning.

I'm very pleased and recommend him highly.

Jack Fritz helped us with a very complicated trademark filing. He got the job done with great professionalism, having a unique understanding of the complex world of intellectual property. He was able to guide us through the process and carefully explained the timelines, filing costs, potential conflicts and tether get the filing done in the promised timeframe. He kept us up to day with emails and made himself available by phone with regular conversations.

Aside from his professional and technical expertise, Jack is affable and it shows in his kindhearted personality. He is not your sterile, all business attorney, he showed genuine interest in our project, and in us as human beings. Plainly stated, Jack is a decent guy!
