Excellent atmosphere, service, and food. We have revisited several times after the reopening and it is still excellent.
Give it a try.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Sep 15, 2023Previous reviewCheck out the newly remodeled and a great new menu. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. What a team effort to make this recent reopening a success. Frisco Lakes is so excited to have the clubhouse open again and so much better. This is for anyone young, old, and families. Come out and support the wait staff.

Went to eat after a Pickleball match today if I could give it zero stars I would. We had 10 in our party the waitress named Lilly accused one of us for not ordering the right food but three of us heard her order correctly but she still insisted that the customer ordered wrong.
One of the meals did not come out until the whole table was done eating even though three of us got the same order the Club sandwich she did not get hers until we were through eating. We called the GM to see if he would comp the order and he would not budge. He was very rude loud And didn't care about anything. we will not be eating here again what could've been a great place to go because of the service and the GM we will never step foot in this restaurant again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Bertha Alicia H.TX, TX02Mar 6, 2024
I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were Amazing! The chef did a superb job. Everything was fresh. The service is great, everyone is friendly and happy to be there. I went during lunch so there wasn't a lot of clientele when I got there but by the time I left it was full. The servers ran a a very smooth process. Will definitely be back!

The food, service is outstanding. Residents of Frisco Lakes have waited a very long time for a nice place within the community.
Now we are being told you can only reserve dinner (tables) if you are a club member. That's not going to work for large groups that will spend a lot of $$$.
Management needs to rethink this policy. Once known of this policy in this community; you will lose $$$.
Walking in with ten people on a hope you have a table to hold us all is too risky. We'll just have to take our business elsewhere.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Sep 16, 2023Previous reviewRestaurant is open & renovations turned ou beautiful. Great food, service & great bar.
Frisco Lakes finally has a country club that we've been waiting for. - Boogie B.Frisco, TX02Feb 16, 2024
Food was good. Ambiance was good. Service was terrible. This is the letter that I have sent to Advance Golf Partners who owns Frisco Lakes Golf Course & Club:
I am reporting a formal complaint against your GM at Frisco Lakes Golf Club for his unacceptable behavior towards a group of Ladies that were having lunch today at the golf club. He was very verbally harsh and disrespectful when we asked him to address several issues we had with our lunch which was incorrect orders, poor service and with several of us waiting an hour to receive our lunch after others at our table received their orders. He loudly and aggressively told us he would not comp our delayed meals and proceeded to argue his point until the general census of the table was that we will never dine there again. We live in Frisco Lakes and continuously have the same issues. We have a neighborhood gathering planned there in March, 40+ residents, which will no longer happen because of him. A large group of Men golfers were recently treated the same way and the GM even told them to go somewhere else. This is shameful as your business is Frisco Lakes. We had high hopes that this was going to be a good thing for the area. Unfortunately, it is a one and done for many.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Neal J.Frisco, TX2272Feb 13, 2024
Practice Tee is always closed..they dont answer the phone so it's always rolling the dice and a waste of time. I asked for my plp membership to be canceled today and the supervisor chased me out into the parking lot because I wouldn't answer his questions on why I was cancelling. I wasn't pissed at them I was pissed at the situation. All he did was make excuses and argue with me. I told him how I thought the place was mismanaged and he cussed me out. It caused a huge seen.. Him and another Course worker followed me out into the parking lot yelling, "GET THE F OUT". IF you're going to ask why Im pissed then don't get pissed when I answer.

terrible ownership. Showed up for a round with my son and own private cart. They refused to let my 8 year old son ride with me and insisted I take another golfer with me. I had played this course for years and brought son many times. so, I walked away and went and played at another nearby course That was accommodating.
As stewards of the game, the course should be encouraging kids to get involved. But this piece of work ownership could care less. As a result I will not be pllaying this course (which I had played for years) until the go out of business and get bought by someone else. Here's hoping that happens very soon.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - Alex W.Plano, TX684Oct 30, 2022
After the freeze a couple of years ago, this place has just gone down. They used to have excellent practice facility's, but not so much anymore.
The worst is they charge you over $80 for a poorly maintained course. Frisco lakes and Frisco trails are a ripoff.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Evan 1.Glendale, AZ02Apr 17, 2023
Overpriced and the playing surface is awful. The pro shop is inside the cart garage. Overall, it is a 20$ course that they charge 70$ for.

This places is robbing golfers of $85. The course is terrible. Plenty of dirt in the fairways. The greens have dirt and patches of grass. The ball bounces like crazy on the greens. If you are going to charge premium prices. Your course should match it. Stay away from this place.
