I reached out to French Cabinetry to get information on a potential kitchen remodel. Jam was the individual I spoke to and he was very informative. Not only did he provide cabinet samples for me to look at and compare but he also created 3D renderings to show me what the finalized kitchen would look like. The 3D renderings were life like and had a realistic photo quality to them. I was a bit worried at what the price of the renderings would be as I had spoken to several designers already and they had quoted me prices of $7,000 to $12,000 just for design work. Jam provided the renderings as well as floor pans as part of the cabinet sale and I was not billed any additional charges. That made my experience with French Cabinetry even better as I was on a budget. Jam worked with me and in the end I was able to purchase a kitchen with countertops and still have a bit of money left over. I can't recommend Jam and French Cabinetry enough. They provide top quality cabinets and service. If you are in the market to upgrade your kitchen, then I would contact French Cabinetry to help you with your design and remodel.

My experience with French Cabinetry was excellent overall, but there were problems with installation in the end. When I brought them to FC's attention, they took responsibility immediately and reimbursed me for additional out-of-pocket costs. So much of working with a business is how they handle challenges, not successes, and Jam and FC accomplished this. While the issues I encountered were no fun, I believe they were unusual, and I would work with Jam and FC again because their attention to quality and customer service is so honorable. Also, my bar is utterly beautiful!

We contacted French Cabinetry to help with cabinet replacement for our kitchen. The "custom" cabinets we had installed during a major remodel were poor quality and had not held up to daily family use. Upon the first consult with Jam we were already impressed by his deep understanding of the brands he uses, installation process and especially his creative approach to problem solving. Roxy was very helpful during the design process and in fact, the entire design, layout and selection process went amazingly fast - even though the number of choices in materials, styles and options can be overwhelming. If you have ever been told that "pre-made" cabinets are not flexible, ignore that. The number of combinations, colors, styles, inserts etc. Jam and Roxy will come up with will definitely make you feel as though the cabinets were made just for you and your house.

I am so grateful from the help from Jam and his team. Jam helped me find a appliance that we needed for our remodel. It was sold out everywhere, and I was calling showrooms everywhere to try to find it. Jam had one available and was willing to hold it in their show room until we needed it (which was over 8 months). After receiving it, we realized that there were other parts that we needed and Jam spent many hours working with me to identify all the parts that we were missing and help us find the fastest way to get those ordered. I really appreciate the responsiveness and help that Jam and his team provided each step of the way.

Our former contractor ruined and subsequently abandoned the installation of our European kitchen cabinets. Thank goodness we found Jam. He was very professional and had all the tools necessary to install the European cabinets. His attention to detail and patience is a rarity in the current crowded home remodeling landscape. In our case, fixing a poorly installed job was even more challenging. Jam was able to spot and fix all the issues including the hidden ones. For example, the built in fridge cavity was too small for the fridge. He patiently figured out a way. He also discovered the upper cabinets were not secured properly to the wall and posed severe potential life threatening danger. Thank goodness Jam to the rescue.

We learnt the hard way that European cabinets installation is non trivial. General contractors might claim they can do the job - our experience was quite disastrous. Ideally we should have used the same team to design and install - must include appliances (most cabinet makers don't offer such service) Jam provides the end to end service - if only we found him a year ago; would have saved us so much pain and trouble.

I am so thrilled to have had Jam design and and oversee construction of my kitchen. As my first kitchen construction project, I was quite nervous and took a lot of time to make a final decision about which cabinet vendor to work with. The end result is perfect. All measurements were precise and Jam guided me on the many details that made the final look so impressive! Pyram cabinets provided so much extra space (wonderful design) and the quality of the hardware (mechanics of opening corner cabinets, etc.) is really amazing. I cannot say enough about how proud I am about my beautiful new kitchen.

French Cabinetry was exactly what we wanted for our kitchen remodel. I found them online and decided to contact them. Jam, the owner of the company, came by our house to look at our kitchen and to give us a quote. He was very informative and knowledgeable about european cabinets & design. We got a quote from him within a few days and decided to go and see their showroom in Palo Alto. Although they had just moved to a new showroom and were still setting up the space, Jam still made sure to show us around and accommodate us. We met his Interior designer Negin, who was very helpful and showed us a variety of options and styles. They also prepared the first set of design renderings for our kitchen as per our requirements at no charge! (Based on all our searching, no one offers a free of charge rendering these days!) We loved the design and cabinet options that we were presented with, and Jam & Negin were excellent to work with and were very helpful for the entire consultation process. In fact, they were very willing to revise the design and renderings to meet our budget constraints on multiple occasions.
If you do decide to remodel your kitchen or any other space and are interested in new cabinets, I highly recommend reaching out to Jam at French Cabinets, you will not be disappointed. He is clearly an expert when it comes to cabinet design and building. His knowledge, professionalism, and customer service is of the highest standards. What a delight it was to work with Pyram Kitchens! We've researched the kitchen cabinetry in the Bay Area extensively, and sought several quotes. We were very surprised to find that not only Pyram was very competitively priced, but also that the product was superior in finish, manufacturing and supplemental details included in the project.
Jam Iksoulene, who designed and installed the cabinets, went above and beyond in all aspects. He worked with the manufacturer when changes in cabinet sizes were needed, coordinated a lot of work onsite, including correction of the appliance installation and worked seamlessly with our stone fabricator. The result is the kitchen of our dreams.
