Franz Auto Service

Apparently Franz Auto Service gives special treatment to men. I took my car to them. I have no idea if they fixed the problem. I was not showed the old parts. They did not hesitate to charge me over $300. for which may not have been a problem. They are very pleasant but I'm not sure about being trust worthy. I will never take any car to them again.

Wish I never let them touch my car they can't be trusted. They cheat you out of work they said they were going to do. Also some Scammers so don't take a voucher to them either

My truck was draining the battery and these guys looked and tested and then actually took the new battery back to where it was purchased and warrantied it out. They could find nothing else wrong, very honest and can be trusted to have your best interests in mind.

My tire needed fixed and I didn't know where to go. I pulled in the lot of Franz Car Repair and because a lifelong customer. They were friendly, courteous, clean and quick. They made sure I knew what services were provided and that everything was good. I highly recommend Franz for card service needs!

Quick response to my messages about their services. Had an appointment for repairs the next day. Was given a quote and approximate amount of time needed to complete repairs. Service was friendly. Informative and completed on time.

These guys were extremely helpful diagnosing my car problem. Long story short, I was having dashboard notifications for my airbag system. I recently had to get a new battery and suspected that there wasn't an actual issue with the airbags but this was popping up because of the new battery. Tyler told me to bring it in and he would test it free of charge. Just as I suspected the problem was due to a new battery and he cleared out the codes that were causing the notifications. He was a man of his word and didn't charge me anything. As I said they were extremely helpful and very friendly during the entire process. I will definitely bring my car back to them if there are any future issues... Knock on wood there isn't.

I was having a issue with my van losing coolant and would overheat. I dropped it off over the weekend and they had it fixed first thing Monday morning for a good price and the staff is always friendly! I recommend everyone I know to them. The new owners have really made the place nice and welcoming, we for sure be doing more business in the future.

Went in to get my headlight bulbs replaced. Excellent experience! They had the best price, did it in a quick 30 minutes, and no surprise charges.

This place is great. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the mechanics are very honest. Twice now I've taken my car in and they've charged me substantially less than they originally quoted me. Plus they explain to me exactly what they did, and why, and if money is tight they'll help you prioritize what needs fixed immediately and what can wait a while.
