Frankies Place For Ribs

This place is the worst I've ever been to the food was dried my salad was 9.00 and it look like a side salad not worth going to!!!!!

Frankie's has always been a place for our family to celebrate birthdays or army going away or whatever. We have always loved the food and always let them know 2 or 3 days in advance that a big party was coming. Yesterday, Dad's 86th bday was a very big dissapointmen. They were notified on Thursday that it maybe up to a party of 20 to 25 and we had 22. The waitresses couldn't even let us sit down before they were taking our drink order. it then took 15 minutes to get the drinks. They didn't come back for over 30 minutes to take our orders for food. We then learned there were only two waitresses in the whole place. When the third girl did come in it appeared their personal chit chat and cellphones were more important. The food was not up to the usual either. Ribs somewhat overcooked. Our experience yesterday was the worst. We will be looking else where next time. It took over an hour before we ever got food. When we asked for crackers for the two toddlers to keep them from being fussy while we waiting on our food, we got the deer in the headlight look. We got them 20 minutes later when they decided to bring half the group cornbread. My daughter got a salad thinking that would come before the main entrees so she could feed the little ones a little bit of it. That came with all the big orders. Service was terrile. A 20% tips was in each bill which was okay. Normally we pay that plus a little extra, No extra this time and the 20% was clearly not earned. The saddest part of all is they weren't all that busy at that time of day.
