Frank has done numerous jobs for my family and I. He's very knowledgeable- I don't think there is a job he can't do. He always does a great job and unlike many contractors I have worked with he cleans up the area perfectly not leaving one thing behind.

In my opinion, his prices are very fair, especially for electrical work. If you want a job done efficiently with an honest person, Frank and his crew are the ones to call :)

I got a skylight leaking emergency and asked Frank to repair the wall only and he scheduled next month. Plus we talked about a sump pump to be installed at our side yard previously. We had the wall repaired before that and thinking he may have that sump pump to install then. When the date arrived. He isn't showing or leave any time for that, not even quote or schedule a new date. Just no profession no processing. Not like any other workers that shows on time and reply email or text or picking up phone. No plan or no management for that business.
Renew review: I am usually grateful for workers that have done projects in our house so I gave it second chance to do renovations again. After several two large projects has done and paid. He bring workers to my back yard the time he want and ask check price for the same day, I thought to discuss with him a little later. However, when I sand my own handrails with workers in order to save some fund for my son university, he yelled and threw a tantrum for not getting the check he wants last time. He showed up late around 12 and yelled to leave earlier on 3pm. He treated customers no trust and no manners communication. I have a abusive husband that scared my kids and me previously then he shows similar manners when we didn't do anything improper with him. It's terrible way to do business for only want large amount money and no basic respect. He end up didn't even apologize or take responsibility for it. I paid him more than ten checks previously and his estimation always isn't accurate and so much lower. He yelled to get a check at same day notice without discuss the amount previously. We paid double estimated price to install a sump pump and drain, double estimated price to renew the floor of gazebo, and he has no responsibility or gratitude toward projects or customers. It's disappointing and not worthy. He isn't handyman no more. He is just taking contractor's project pretending to be one without proper responsibility and profession.

Outstanding service from Frank. Very responsive to text messaging and communicating his availability. Fast, reliable, very clean working and an all around nice man. I'd highly recommend Frank for your needs. Had Frank come over to install 3 ceiling fans and did a last minute request for a ring camera door bell for me. Thank Frank!

Frank was really quick getting back to me and was able to schedule the work within a few days. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He was in and out with the work completed in a very short time. He even took time to clean up after he was finished. I would highly recommend Frank Bentons Handyman Service if you need any work done. Frank recently did a job for me in Shingletown. We needed our roof cleaned up - lots of moss, etc. He was on time, worked very hard and fast. He knew what he was doing and did it well. But when he handed me the invoice I about had a heart attack. I made the mistake of not asking for an estimate. I just assumed I would be paying an hourly rate. The bill for 2 hours was $475. When I asked what his hourly rate was he told me $80 per hour. So I asked why the bill wasn't $160. He said that was his "standard" rate for this type of job. This was a labor only job - no materials. I paid him but I will never use him again. And I was thinking I just found the perfect handyman that I can refer to a lot of my friends who are always looking for someone with Frank's skills.

Frank installed my garbage disposal. He was quick to respond and schedule an appointment quickly. Frank is professional, friendly and reasonably priced. He shows up when he says he will. He works quickly and cleans up the area. I highly recommend him and will be calling him again for any future needs.

Another great job by Frank replacing our French doors! Fast, reasonable and excellent service! Highly recommend!

I had a plumbing emergency and Frank came out fast and went to the hardware store to get parts needed and he did a super great job. I called several plumbers in my area and none of them even bothered to call back. Frank is very professional and has a great deal of knowledge and I will call him anytime I need work done. He's a very nice polite man and gets the job done~!

Great person with more than reasonable prices. Personable and meticulous. Installed a ceiling fan, closet lights, and ran video security cables.

I spoke with Frank today about a customer of mine who is looking at getting a ground mounted Sunpower solar system installed at their house and would need a fence around it to keep the deer out and away from the system. I am still in the process of speaking with my customer to see if making the switch to solar is going to make sense for them but I wanted to let everyone know how knowledgeable Frank is and how helpful he was to me, a total stranger to him, and how he was able to speak from an extreme level of experience. I have saved his information in my phone in case I need any work up in Red Bluff for any of my customers. He is my #1 recommendation!!!
